I called them around noon on Feb 5, 2026. He responded and stated he could do the job for $225.00 and would arrive in 20 mins. One hour later, I sent a text to make sure he received my previous text. He confirmed and again, said I will arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived at 2:07 pm. I showed him the two doors with the locks and went about my daily activities. About 30 minutes into his visit, I hear drilling on my front door. When I went to see what he was doing, he had REMOVED both the deadbolt and the doorknob and was DRILLING into my door. At that point, he had drilled a larger hole in my front door and stated that his "foot slipped" in the sawdust and his drill bit dropped carving a significant gap that he said he could cover with a digital locking mechanism. . . At this point, he called someone to come help him with this disaster of a mistake to my front door. This man assisted him with installing a digital lock that was SUPPOSED TO BE BLUETOOTH but was not. He told me that since the major gash in my door was his mistake that he would not charge me for the digital lock since it will cover the gash made in the door. So now I have a much larger button code door lock (see pictures) that still did not cover the mistake in the door. THEN he charges me $280.00 instead of the $225 he initially quoted. The new lock requires batteries - which he did not have, so I had to make a trip to Lowe's for that... just a major cluster. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Keep in mind, all I wanted was the current door locks re-keyed... now I have to buy new double doors from my front entry.

He started drilling out the whole and made it too big. He tried to put his new locket in and it didn't fit (it wasn't even the right kind of lockset - he after the fact told us that he didn't have the correct one). He then sloppily put together the old lock and said that was all he could do and charged us $110. Left us totally hanging and now won't answer or return calls. Had to pay a "real" locksmith $150 to fix the problems this guy created. Run away from this service. Horrible experience.

So he gave me one of his with no extra charge. The key wasn't registering to the engine. So he checked the ECM and all fuses. The fuses were good, but my ECM was done for (we anticipated this, which is why it was at the shop). Since he was only able to program the keys to the truck itself and not the engine, he only charged me for cutting the 1 key that he gave me. The locks all worked to day until you showed up and picked the lock. Now the stem is frozen, will not go up or down and you admitted coming moo my residence to make a key. You admitted picking the lock . I saw you pick the lock with a device from your tool selections. Noe it doesn't work. The problem is when I just went to lock the car up for the night it doesn't work, you left here less than two hours ago and no one else has been near the car. No one has tried to pick the lock.. I called to have you take a look and fix this and you denied having anything to do with it. This is unacceptable behavior for a craftsmen and unprofessional.
