I don't recommend doing business with this company because of the way Paula, the owner handled my situation. I reached out to this locksmith company to change our locks for a new home. The service technician came as scheduled and arrived on time but noticed a part was missing from the box that I had purchased from Lowe's. I went ahead and paid the fee plus the service charge with a verbal understanding from Paula l, the owner, that they would return to the home once I brought a new box from Lowe's. Bought the new box the next day and have been getting the run around with someone coming back out to fix the final piece of my request. I feel as though since she collected my service fee via phone payment for the initial visit she doesn't want to honor coming back out. Because the second visit the service charge would be waived and I would only need to pay for the labor which I was okay with. She stopped returning my phone calls and answering her text messages. I would have really appreciated her being honest and communicating a bit better. Integrity and honesty as a business owner goes along way. At this point, her company can't fix anything for me and I'll be sure to share my feedback about this business in hopes that that others will take heed as well. read more
