    Whatever you do, do NOT use interra bill pay. Payments will get intercepted it will be a huge long…read moreprocess to figure out who intercepted your payment and bill pay takes no accountability to take care of any of the late fees that incurred on an account due to the payment interception. Horrible service they say well unfortunately it happens (payment interception) it's one thing for it to happen but it's your responsibility to take care of your consumers and I would have never had a late fee if my payment didn't get intercepted these people are a joke.

I currently have two other financial institutions that I use, but they're a bit farther away. I was considering having direct deposit into a checking account until I discovered the FEES they charge regarding the balance. I do not overdraw my account and I have very good credit, so I found this to be a serious negative. The deposit I made to initially open the account was not a large amount. I waited for a bank card to arrive in the mail, but nothing came other than a welcome letter. A few weeks later I received my new bank statement and saw that they withdrew $10 from the savings account with the line item saying NEW ACCOUNT CHARGE. Really? For keeping MY money in a SAVINGS account? I decided it wasn't worth keeping the account open so I went to the Wakarusa branch to close it. There was one person at the counter being helped and another teller handling two cars in the drive thru. As I patiently waited, two people came in and waited as well. When the drive thru teller was finished with the two cars, she said in a very unfriendly tone that she could help me. I handed her my bank statement and told her that I wanted to close my account and she asked for my ID. She looked up my account wrote down a number, handed back my statement and told me have seat. Someone would be with me. I found a seat and waited 15 minutes until a woman said she could help me and walked me into a dark office. I told her I was closing my account and in a condescending voice she said all new accounts are charged a fee whether it's in person or online. I told her that's exactly why I'm closing it. Those fees are ridiculous. Her condescending tone continued and she was basically just speaking scripted words at that point. She handed me my money and I left. Never will I return.
