A couple men from Fresno showed up late today on the scheduled afternoon. The driver greeted me at the door with"where does it go"-it was all down hill from there. Even when we told him where the elec. plug was ( under the kitchen sink) he insisted it had to be under the bar sink. 20 minutes later he finally realized we actually know where the plug is! He came up with multiple excuses and when we solved each one, including our retired (electrician) neighbor coming over, the delivery man said they had spent too much time! He was here about 30 minutes and very clueless. NOW,We will shop ONLY with independent businesses. Big box stores have no service and even worse employees with no manners or pride in their "work". Now we have to find a plumber-and we have a celebration this weekend (2days). Disgusting service and attitude.
