Not that they need a review but I am guessing anyone who bad mouths the owners of this place are probably hated by most and hate life because the two that own this place are very sweet and helpful. They have great water. Have ice if you need it too. Very clean location. Machines and sinks are clean. Worth the extra quarter or two. People working the front are nice and welcoming. Store is clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

On Saturdays, they open at 10:00, not 9:30. I knocked on the door while they were vacuuming Al's asked, owner said 10:00. I told him that his yell page says 9:30 and he said he doesn't have a yelp page. read more

The people at this store are wonderful, and I'm a little taken aback by the one negative review that this store has. So glad I found this little gem near my home. Very clean and convenient. You can go in and they will fill your bottles for you. They even have carts to take your bottles out to your car. They sell a wide variety of water containers, and even have extra lids if you have lost or forgotten yours. There are two exterior self service stations that accept dollar bills. If you pay inside you can use debit. Lastly, I enjoy how I can park right in front of the water store to easily load my car. read more

Excellent store. The water is delicious, and nicely priced. You can buy 50 gallons or 100 gallons in advance for an even cheaper price. Conveniently located across the street from Albertsons so I can make two quick stops instead of driving all over the place. They do a quick rinse before they fill your bottles which is nice because if you leave the cap on you could create mold and without the cap dust gets in so I'm happy they do this little rinse first. Seldom do I take time out of my day to write a review that is negative, but I am absolutely appalled by an experience my mother had at this local business. The most disappointing part of this encounter is that Horizon Falls Water provides a convenient service with quality water, which is what initially attracted me to purchase 100 gallons in advance. Now to what has driven me to leave my 1 Star review. Today, 1/8/2020, at approximately 1:30pm, my mother went to this establishment to refill our water containers. We bring several as we drink a lot of water, so initially my mother came in with 2 out of our 3 bottles and the store clerk (or owner, I'm not sure, but that would make this situation all the more upsetting) was not present and in the back. After a few moments, the clerk came to assist my mother. My mother was running this errand for me and as this pre-purchased water was in my name, she provided my full name, Damaris Acevedo. The clerk found it appropriate to break into a boisterous laughter in my mothers face. My mother was completely caught off guard and questioned this RUDE woman as to why she was laughing in her face and why the name of a PAYING customer was so hilarious. According to my mothers account, this ill-mannered woman clammed up and realized my mother wasn't going to keep her mouth shut. She did not explain her over-the-top laughter or offer an explanation to her childish and ignorant behavior. It is worth mentioning that my mother's native tongue is not English, and while she has an accent, she is well-spoken, educated, and the farthest thing from stupid. After laughing at my mother for providing the name of the PAYING CUSTOMER, the clerk, without even checking her records claimed she had no such customer under that name. She riffled half-heartedly through her record books and again, claimed no such client existed. But almost with comedic timing, the clerk turned to the first page and there was my name seeing as this book is ALPHABETICAL and the seemingly inconvenienced woman swallowed her words. AGAIN, my mother asked her what was so funny about the name SHE gave me. And, AGAIN, the woman did not have an explanation or an apology to extend. While this employee/owner/clerk/ill-mannered human cleansed and filled my bottles, my mother went back into the car and expressed her feelings to my sister, who was under the weather (or she would have assisted her). My sister, upon hearing about the mistreatment my mother received, accompanied my mother into the store with the third water bottle. My sister had a stern demeanor seeing as this perfect stranger treated her mother like a second-class citizen. The clerk assumed, due to my sister's rather 'European' appearance in contrast to my mother's darker features, that they were not together. To which my sister received a sunshine-y welcome. My sister, still with her stern demeanor, then gave the clerk our third bottle. The clerk was taken aback as she seemingly believed that my sister and mother were unrelated. They finished their business there and WILL NOT BE RETURNING. NOT ONCE did the clerk extend an apology or explanation to my mother. It is beyond disappointing that this the way this local business decides to operate. I did call today at 2:00pm requesting an answer as to why this woman decided to behave in this manner, and I am waiting for an apology and a refund on the remainder of the 100 gallons of water I have pre-purchased. I will be sharing this across various social medias as to alert friends and neighbors of the lack of courtesy and downright discriminatory ways this business decides to operate. An update will come so long as the owner and woman in question have extended a full apology, refund, and explanation. My star rating will stand as is until then. read more

I have been a customer of Horizon Falls Water for about 10 years now and even though we have moved further away I make the trip at least once a month to fill our 5 gallon water bottles. The reason that I'm willing to drive further is that the water taste's better than others that I have tried. The service is always great. read more
