I e been coming here for years! The owners are friendly and personable as it gets. And the alkaline water is my absolute favorite. And I love the ice, too. They go a great job of updating their voicemail message when they are temporarily changing their hours for a holiday. The dog is sweet and I love the kindness rocks. You can do self serve with the machines outside, but I'm a people person. read more

I usually use the outside water machines whenever I go here to fill up. I went inside for once since I didn't have any quarters. I was immediately greeted by the store owner who assisted me with a smile. He had a great personality and was more than willing to assist you with filling up bottles. It's very clean inside and very convenient since they accept cards for payment as well. I'm glad I found this store tucked away conveniently located in a shopping plaza. read more

Worst water store in Henderson/Vegas area. This lady needs to shut down already. I don't want to hear her bash lower income families moving into the area. Like huh? Just wanted water, not an opinion. On top of that there was a tissue or something in the bottle so she just kept filling it, looked at the bottle, looked at me and said she'll dump but I have to pay full price again. There was another customer in the store as well and he thought that was pretty crazy to charge me again even tho she takes the bottles, inspects them and all that. I paid but never going back again. Nice little neighborhood water store that you can access 24 hours a day! Delicious water, affordable ($2 for 5 gallons) and they even have dedicated parking... Not that it's ever an issue, but a very courteous bonus. Never been inside, so the outside is all I can review! read more

This has been the most INCONVENIENT stop I've made. I'm thinking it's right by my home so it'll save me a trip to the other water store on Sunset and Marks. $28 for 12 gallons of alkaline. They don't accept ANY form of card. Of course I don't have cash. So now I'm hopping stores asking for cash back. So she still proceeds to fill all my containers while I go get cash, god knows WHAT they were filled with. There was no differentiation between what was what, and I wasn't there to witness what she gave me. I ask to return the water she says it's theft. Then she's grabs my containers to hold them hostage and for me to return tomorrow?! Like. At what point is this over? Not only is she now STEALING MY TIME. And I have to pay $5 to get money. Ludicrous. Never again. There's a charge for her to fill the bottles. A charge for a lid I DIDNT lose. Like bro. No. The "signs" are handwritten and hidden by OTHER handwritten signs. Then when you question the charges she proceeds to point to a sign NO WHERE in view. She knows what she's doing, and that's how she's making her money. Blind-sighting people who have never been there. Starts breaking down how expensive green valley is and how much she pays for rent like that's not my problem. I don't need a breakdown of your financial situation, if you feel so inclined to share that info so that I stop losing my temper it's not going to work. Absurd! To the fullest extent. Joke of a water store. The lady who runs it is rude, ALWAYS on the phone and condescending. Expect a ''Are your bottles clean??'' when you hand them to her because this water store does not rinse out your bottles. I swear I always want to say to her ''No, I just peed in them.'' There are signs and rules everywhere in this water store. Don't do this, Don't do that, Don't park here, Don't pay this way, Don't Don't Don't! Geesh, it's a water store. Do you really need this many signs and directions for people to use your store? The reason I came here today was to see what time they open. Now I see they are closed THREE days a week. So convenient for your customers. Last time I visited here they closed on Sundays and Wednesdays. Now I see it's Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. What's the point? Close all the days. You don't bother to open until 10 a.m. anyhow. I think the only reason this business is still here, is because 80% of the water stores have closed, so you have no choice. From now on I'll drive further to avoid this particular water store. read more

Great water store! 0.50 per gallon, which is great deal in my opinion. I love the water here!! It's fresh, clean and hasn't been sitting around on a shelf for God only knows how long. She has a 24 hour water dispenser available directly outside that takes coins and dollar bills (I always use change vs dollar bills). Today was the first day I actually went into the store as I usually go when it's closed and use the outside dispensers. The owner is very outgoing and nice. Very informative and takes pride in her store. Alkaline water is available here though I only get the purified water. *I didn't see a ton of rules posted (in fact I didn't see any) like another reviewer mentioned, no one was on the phone and I was more than happy to have the owner inspect my water bottles and ask me if they were clean, I think she's very smart to ask that. read more

The lady was very nice and helpful on how to load water into the car to avoid spillage. Price was ok. Nice that she allows you to use carts to take water to the car. Had to revise my review because I was wrong about not selling bottle caps. My husband never asked like I thought. read more

Not only was the lady not friendly, the water taps looked dirty, the water is priced higher than what I expect to pay and regularly pay... but she waited until after all of my water jugs were full to tell me they only accept cash. I just happened to stop due to being at a nearby store, and I thought it would be convenient to grab my water here instead of my regular spot, but I will not be returning. read more

Delicious water, great price, wish there was another on my side of town but worth the drive for the oxygenated water. Didn't do 5 stars bc they close early Sat, closed Sunday and I only have time to drive over there on the weekend. Otherwise, the new owners are very kind, the water is the best best best. read more

Best water store in Vegas! Owner is nice and helpful, and the water tastes fantastic. We used to live in Henderson but moved across town, and we drive here twice monthly to get water. We never have any qualms whatsoever drinking this water, and interestingly enough, our cats refuse water that doesn't come from this particular store. Who knows why.... read more

If you prefer to support small local business' over big corporations like Wal Mart then Pecos Windmill Water Store is for you. The owner is as caring as she is helpful. Las Vegas locals should enjoy drinking purified water and it starts right here. $2.00 for five gallons. This Water Store has 24 hour water dispensaries outside of the store which makes for a convenient experience. I recommend checking this place out! read more

Go to Vons next door! Don't waste your time of money! Went there to purchase a bottle. The lady seemed decent and informative. She sold me an empty bottle and said it included water, I opted for a premium variety that costed extra...no problem. I even tipped her. She filled the bottle and handed it to me what seemed awkwardly. The bottle was fairly wet from what I assumed was spillage from the fill up. However I held it for a few seconds because my instincts made me feel it just didn't seem right. The woman who sold me the bottle saw me inspect it In front of her and I said "is it leaking". Giving her enough time for her to acknowledge my question and respond. At this point she could have said let's take a look and inspect it or inform me of their on-posted return policy once you walk out the store. She let me walk out the store with a defective product. The bottle she sold me was defective and had a pin hole crack in it after I brought it back in. Needless to say she wouldn't take it back and started back tracking. Her immediate solution offered was to apply nail polish or some sort of acrylic to seal it. Mind you I bought a bpa free water bottle. Her solution was to fix it with chemicals and drink from it. Told her keep the bottle and she should be ashamed of herself. Went to the grocery store next door and bought the same size container and water for $3 less. read more

I LOVE THIS STORE! I believe the owner has been there 20 years. She is very nice and fills the water for you. I use her water ONLY for my fish aquariums. Pecos Windmill Water store is locally owned and operated! Awesome!! read more
