I am customer who's been going to this water store for almost 5 years soon. I was in the store to get my two bottles refilled. New owner was very nice. It seems like it's family working together. He got our empty bottles and cleaned inside first before filling up the filtered water. I couldn't lift weights so my husband lifted it one at a time. One of the guy who works at the store picked up the second bottle and put it in the trunk for us. Great service and we were fond of new owners friendlyness. read more

Didn't really appreciate that and if that keeps happening, i will be finding another water store to go to! The store was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. I was looking to fill half my containers with RO water and the other half with alkaline water. I got the alkaline water and was told that the other bottles were filled with filtered purified water. It was a little pricey and I didn't get what I came for however I got water and the place was clean the staff was polite and helpful. read more

It's a new owner of the store, it's not the old owner who's name is Isip where the water weren't even filtered, ever since the new owner took over, the filters are new and I always test my water with the PH tester, he even allowed me to test the regular water which came up Neutral which is good unlike some stores I know that is acidic. So don't compare this business owner to the old one where a lot of people still think it's the same, I am a customer and I personally recommend getting water at this store unless you want to take a chance elsewhere and drink acidic water which is also cancerous and can affect your acid reflux. read more

This place is awful! I had service through them and it's been at least 3 months since I have them back their equipment and stopped getting the monthly delivery and THEY ARE STILL CHARGING MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH. I have called and talked to the same person and have gotten nowhere. I AM TIRED OF DISPUTING THE MONTHLY CHARGE WITH MY BANK EVERY MONTH. DON'T USE THEM!! THEY ARE A MESS!! Last week I stopped by this place and they offered me to buy 8 (5 gallon refills) for $13, a young skinny white kid was working there. They wrote my name down on a "paper membership card and gave it to me so I can present it every time I come and refill. Then they offered me to keep it with them and stated that they do have a filing system and will file my card so this way I don't have to carry it with me!!! I go today and there is an older woman working: - that hardly speaks English - she cannot find my name any where!!! - she claims that she does not know the employee that sold me the membership!!!! - she claims that she has no way of contacting the owner or the manager!!!! I am going back over there and will call the police because they stole my money. I have proof in my bank statement that I paid for the membership from them and it shows the merchant ID. read more

This store has very pleasant owners. They are kind and always willing to help every customer. They show their appreciation for your business. When this store closed for a temporary time of upgrading their equipment was awful for me I went to several different stores where you were on your own they were farther away and more expensive. There customer service has went way down hill. Employees are very kind and courteous , however I've experienced several no answers, forgotten to deliver my water, incorrect invoices times 2 in just a few months. Done. Bought my own machine now and fill my own jugs! read more

Lessons learned. One, DO NOT ever refill alkaline water from an outside tap-- go inside and pay for it so that the store is able to give you a receipt. Two, test your alkaline water with something like lithmus paper which can be bought in places like Walmart in the fish section or pool section. Three, educate yourself with how the store alkalizes water.... with all that said, I was under the impression that the water I purchased to refill a 5 gallon container at $6.25 is at a PH of 9-9.5 ( alkaline ) as advertised. I've been here before and thought nothing of it until there was overflow of alkaline water which lead me to think, maybe something broke and that I should check the water's PH because why not? I would like what I paid for which was alkaline water so I purchased an aquarium test strip for PH ( freshwater )at Walmart and a bottle of alkaline water from CVS. When I got home I still had a portion of my water from last week so I tested that as well (see photos). My test strips basically stated that last weeks water was at about 6.2 and the water from less than 12 hours ago is about 6.6 ... my bottle of alkaline water from CVS tested about 8.4 which was the highest my test would account for. After seeing the results, of course, I contacted the store to inform them what happened and they replaced one of my 5 gallons and refunded last week's as well. What I am not to happy about is the fact that the gentleman said that my test kit was too conservative. My question is, is my test too conservative or are your standards for the quality of water low? He said that we are not falsely advertising because the water is alkaline ... my point: okay, yes the water is alkaline, I will go along with it, even though I still don't believe that but your water is not at even at a PH of 9-9.5 as the machine states and the alkalinity of the water greatly dissipates after a week or even 12 hours. When buying quality alkaline water, I do not recommend this place as they do not hold up to a high standard of water based on my test. Check your water every now and then and make sure you get what you paid for. Update: Hi, Sherwin, the reason, for the review is because Yelp is a place of opinions and experiences... I don't think it was unfair to write and give a review of 1 star if that's truly how we feel... we are not aggressive people so we are not going to come in your store leaving like animals so we left with a smile which for us translates as okay fine. We were not happy because we still didn't get a full refund of both waters... you only gave us 1 refund and the other was a replacement-- as we said the quality of the water is no good and you to a degree when we asked you "if the alkalinity of the water dissipates that greatly from blue to green (using your test) in a week, in your opinion is that good alkaline water?" You could not answer that with a straight face without laughing so what does that tell us? Also, when I told you that the outside tap for alkaline did not register between 9-9.5 (the water was from less than 12 hours ago and you even tested it for yourself) you replaced the water even though you said the water was from the same line source inside and out. We don't feel that you give us straight answers so you giving us 1 refund and 1 refill when we actually would've like both refunds does not make us happy is the reason for our YELP review. We don't feel you gave us straight answers, we don't feel like you did right by us, the quality of the water is not to the standard of what we paid for of a 9-9.5 ph. Yelp is a place for us to give our experience, I do not mind fixing my review if the water is properly fixed, I would even come back as a regular customer but the fact of the matter is, is that the water quality is not there for us. One more thing... here on yelp it states that you are the owner of the store, you lead us to believe that you're just an employee during conversation stating that you needed to account for the partial money refunded... which is it? This is another reason why we feel we were given very unstable answers. We just wanted a fair exchange of goods to money with no B.S. in between. read more

Great Water very well maintained. I always test the the water purity with my TDS meter after transferring from my plastic containers to my counter top Glass containers. I get a reading of 8 parts per million consistently for the past four months Highly recommend you get your water here! I've tried all the other sources those small machines out there that are not maintained and my water would never be good always way more then 50 parts per million sometimes even 350 or more like tap water... read more

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. First off, the machine outside for alkaline water keeps eating my money and get no refunds. Second, I'm guessing after all the money it takes from people it finally decides to work and instead of filling up a one gallon it ends up spilling 5 gallons extra. This is very upsetting. Not only the fact that I end up paying $5 just to fill up my one gallon but also the fact that it spills so much water!!!! Like the Earth is not dry enough. The guy here is so nice and helpful and his water is always fresh. If you come here during business hours he will rinse your containers out and fill them quickly. Unless there has been a high demand then his system can be slow. But you know his filters are really working! When my son is with me he will let us borrow his cart to wheel our water out to the car. When my son isn't with me he will help me and doesn't want a tip. My son or husband are always breaking my 5gl jug lids and he has extras for purchase. He sells alkaline water too. Kinda expensive and I don't taste a difference but if its your thing its there. Stopped to get water after hours from the kiosk outside & paid extra for the alkaline water. The kiosk on the right shoots the water out so hard & fast that once it gets half full it shoots all the water out of the top of the container. Because of this, when all is said and done you only get maybe 3/4 of a gallon if you're lucky. In addition water splatters everywhere including all over the sidewalk and in your shoes. So I moved over to the kiosk on the left. That one started out slower, or so I thought. About halfway through, it shoots out even harder than the kiosk on the right for about three seconds and then goes back to normal. The problem is, because of that spurt where it shot out so hard, the stream doesn't fit in the neck of the bottle and sprays water straight out meaning whoever is filling the bottle gets absolutely soaked. I left there soaking wet with my shirt being able to see everything underneath because it was so soaked. As if that wasn't bad enough, I get home and start unloading the bottles only to find that some of them have floaters in them. Really?!? All this tells me is that I need to dump the 5 gallons of water I just bought. I had been making sure to go here when they are open because the kiosks were moldy and disgusting. They have certainly attempted to clean them out so I tried them again but I'm completely sorry I did. Your best bet is to drive a little bit further and go someplace else... read more

Pretty cool place they have different selections on water if your a water fanatic I strongly recommend this place. They have alkaline, ozone, and purified water and water gallons! I like that they rinse out your water jug before they fill it up...when you catch them open. read more
