I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company.
