I wrote him a 5 star review and then followed up several times regarding the stairwell. Between leaving several messages on his personal phone and Yelp, I still never received a call back about the stairwell. If a company is too busy, or doesn't want to provide the service, they should just let you know. It's a shame because his guys did a great job but I'm a stickler for following through on things and this did not happen, leaving me hanging for a couple of weeks before finally moving on to find another company. I am loyal to small businesses in my community and I took the time to give this company the benefit of the doubt but I guess my job wasn't profitable enough, but he got his 5 star review.

Bob, the owner, was very responsive and shifted his schedule around to accommodate our request. He and and his crew started work in our unit just two days later. Bob and his painters are all professionals. They know exactly what they have to do and they just get to work and get the job done. They even came on a Saturday, which is not something that we expected they would do. Our job was routine but still important to us; we had all of our baseboards painted as well a new stairway painted and sealed. The results were terrific overall. We would be happy to recommend this company to anyone looking to have painting work done.
