While I was in the waiting room waiting to be seen, I overheard the secretary being impudent and unrefined to person after person that was checking in. When I went to the front desk to schedule for a minor procedure, she was so rude. The doctor had told me to make an appointment at the front desk to come back tomorrow. When I told the receptionist, she brushed me off and told me "This is a WALK IN we don't schedule appointments here!" in the most condescending tone. Had to tell her three times that the doctor JUST told me to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT to come back before it finally seemed to get through her thick skull. Unbelievable. As someone who works in the health care field as well, I was completely taken aback. She looked and acted so trashy. I would give this place one star, but the doctor I see is great there. It's unfortunate that my experience was bad overall here because of the receptionist.

The pharmacy as well as myself made repeated attempts to contact. More than a week later I got a response, via message board that suggested my message was not completely read and so the issue was not addressed . After many miss communications and being unable to communicate with the clinic I gave up.
