They made me feel inadequate, discouraged and I felt those feelings of dread before my appointments. So when my PCP advised me to seek PT for pelvic floor strengthening, I was not thrilled. I am so glad I went through with it though. Megan, the front desk person is a joy! Incredibly friendly, professional, welcoming, personable and they remembers small details that are meaningful. Megan is SO good at their job. And then I met my PT, Katrine. I feel like I hit the jackpot with them. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, holds me accountable, understanding, empathetic, and outstanding COACH... I could go on. I am relieved and feel lucky to have them part of my care team. Pros: Ample parking Nice, clean building On-time appointments (I know that shouldn't be a thing to be excited about but I am) Strong, professional staff / team Cons: I *wish* there was a closer location to me but they're worth the commute. If you've had unsatisfactory service from PTs in the past, I highly recommend Katrine + team. They will change your perspective on PT care.

I had been dealing with a very bad cold which went to my chest and I just couldn't shake it off. I got worried that maybe there was something serious going on, so I went to Providence Express Care on Kruse Way. I learned that there was a very bad virus going around and they had been seeing a lot of people who had it. The only advice was to get plenty of rest and take plenty of foods and wait it out. Fortunately, it wasn't pneumonia! I was sidelined for two whole weeks. A friend who had also been dealing with the bad virus said that taking Robitussin helped her a lot, so I tried it and it did help.

Or expect a $360 bill for essentially common knowledge on how to treat a cold. I was in and out within 15min and got the work note and instructions to take over the counter cold medicine. I received a $360 bill for this and I know it's because of my benefits but if I had any indication on the expected bill, I would have never went. I called CS and they only offered a payment plan with no, one time, discount options. Truly horrible that is the healthcare system and Providence just so happened to be the middle man so they get the bad review.

Excellent care: Nathan Way | Great service, great location…read more I have been here twice this past week and I am incredibly grateful for this place and the people that work here. I've been experiencing chronic hives for about two weeks now with no known cause. They come and go in the morning and night only on my legs. Over the two weeks, I've become more anxious and stressed out because I can't figure out what the cause is (no food allergies, no new detergent or lotions...etc). The first time I walked in, I was pleased with how quickly I was seen and evaluated. I wasn't that satisfied with the first doctor's evaluation at first because she said the same thing the other two advice nurses said prior to this walk-in appointment. I left with no answers but a prescription to manage the hives. Fast forward two days and today I experienced a panic attack while driving. I called my husband to come and pick me up because I knew that I couldn't be behind the wheel. I was shaky, cold, elevated heart rate, anxiety-ridden, dizzy/lightheaded.... it was bad. So he took me to immediate care here again. It was a busy Friday and the staff notified me that it would be a 2hr wait, but it's still much better than going to the ER. It was worth waiting for 1h 30m to be seen by Dr. Nathan Way. He asked me lots of questions and took his time explaining to me what hives are and how my body reacts to stress. I never felt rushed. He was very knowledgeable and had his assistant, who was also the sweetest lady ever, come and read my glucose levels and do an EKG. It really made me feel better to know that we could rule out some potential factors. I ended up leaving with the same prescription as the previous doctor but also with more knowledge that it's likely caused by stress. The staff are very friendly and patient here. They work hard to get everyone in. I would come back here again if I had to. Thank you so much!

The medical center is easily navigated, with a volunteer near the entrance to help you find what you're looking for. Parking is usually easy to obtain although it can be crowded depending on the time of day and the day of the week that one is visiting the medical center. The restrooms are clean and fully stocked. The center itself is neat and clean. Oregon Clinic Cardiology is difficult to contact, with return calls often not addressing what the message was. My own cardiologist has been a challenge to work with but the facility itself is decent. I hope that Oregon Clinic Cardiology can take a "customer service note" from Legacy and up their game to match my experience with Legacy's excellent customer service.

I've had three surgeries at this hospital, two knee replacements and a hip replacements. The pre…read moresurgery appointments all went well, the rooms are nice, and most important, they have a great ventilation system. This is critical which in preventing the spread of airborn bacteria, the main reason I drive this far for the surgeries. Recently had my hip replaced and had worked out prior with my doctor and insurance, that when I as released the nurses would facilitate the necessary home care and PT. Even though I did everything possible to ensure this was arranged prior, when I was released, there was a never ending conversation, disagreement and push back Between the nurses, surgical assistant, PT and OT. Unbelievably upsetting for me who was being released and going home to an empty house! The agency they selected, without telling me there were other options, only provided PT and OT, no home service care which was the top priority. Home service meant help with showering, getting up, light meals. To make matters worse, it took the agency they chose several days to call me, then sent over an evaluator first, and it was this person who finally explained that they don't provide the service I needed! He went on to explain that other agencies did and that I had a choice. At this point, I was 8 days post surgery!!!! So the care I needed then, was no longer needed when I was given this info. And if I decided to go with another agency, it would take several days to submit the order and wait for another evaluator. Then more days to receive care. Come on, Legacy, do better! You only cared about me while I was in your facility and your goal was to get me released regardless of my post surgery needs. It was your job to facilitate this, to let me know I had options and let me choose the option that best met my needs so that I had the proper care for the best recovery. Now that I am educated from having gone through this experience, I will make sure anyone I know who requires this assistance is armed with the information. Thanks to the kindness of neighbors who came Over every morning, noon, and night - helping me up, bringing me food, staying in my house while I showered - I got through those first really hard days and I'm on my way to recovery.
