Pretty sure it's a tear in my tricep after the doctor said I was fine to work the next day! Thanks doctor Frances Katherine Dawson, MD!

I came in to get my tricep checked out because the night before it had been swollen to the point where I could barely extend my arm or curl it. When I came in the nurse was nice and noticed that my elbow/tricep was swollen and seemed concerned. When the doctor came in, I told her that I was worried it might be a tear and that I wasn't sure if I should be lifting any weight with it because I knew something was off. She then looks at it and shrugs her shoulders saying, "oh yeah it is swollen. You'll need ice and anti inflammatory pills". Her facial expression with total unconcern. When I asked if I could get a note for my boss to look at she says "oh hahaha I see, so what do you have planned?" With such a smug look on her face as if she knew I was faking my injury. She then hands me a note and walks out of the room. She attended me for no longer than 3 minutes and didn't give me anything that was helpful. "Ice it and take anti-inflammatory" as if I didn't already know that. I looked at my doctors notes and she bull shit*ed what happened. Said that we worked out a plan and that we talked for 25 min. It's my word vs her written notes so it is what it is. Just putting this out there because the doctor told me I was good to work the next day and now my tricep/elbow are purple. Maybe I tore it some more? I won't know until I see a specialist but just a warning out there. You pay these some of these entitled doctors so make sure you get your moneys worth and a second or even third opinion. These doctors could give a shit. Just regular people that mastered the memorizing text book.

Nothing but great things to say-three visits to immediate care, and twice to the lab, and everyone from support staff to nurses and pac/DRs were great. Service was thorough, faster than I ever thought possible. Many family members have gone in, and same great service. Very positive-Thank You to Bridgeport Immediate Care!

Horrible billing practices. STAY AWAY…read more Dropped in for urgent care for my son in November and was told they are out of network with UHC. Wasn't a concern as we have OON Urgent care coverage via our employer (which I showed to the person checking me in) so we proceeded. What they aren't transparent about is that they don't bill for Urgent Care, they bill it as an office visit. Why didn't the front desk mention they weren't an urgent care clinic?! When you call billing they stone wall you saying they aren't urgent care, they are primary care. No one believes Zoom Care is primary care, it is not how they brand themselves either. Never mind the PDF billing receipts says "Zoom Care Urgent Care" at the top. If you ask to speak to a supervisor, they aren't able to take calls. If you ask to have someone call you, they don't make calls. If you ask how billing issues are typically disputed, they say you call them (i.e. they will stonewall you). Mejla, my billing rep, was ROUGH on the call - very dismissive, interrupted, and was giving an attitude once I expressed the slightest frustration with the situation. Girl, go work for an ethical company, I'm sure you will be happier. Further, the consumer scheduling experience via the website doesn't indicate it's not urgent care, nor does it indicate their billing practices. In an urgent situation you are supposed to schedule and then navigate to another part of their website to read their billing practices.

It's great as well because they have an in-house pharmacy for some prescriptions so it's nice not having to travel to an additional pharmacy to pick things up if you do get prescribed something. I've also done a CT here as well when I was experiencing vertigo and it was the most seamless experience.

Do not use for primary care. It is a bait and switch. I…read morescheduled an annual physical. The first two times I scheduled with Julie Passon at the Wilsonville clinic. Both times, in an email the day before, I had confirmations with an entirely different provider, a man Christian. I had to cancel those because all I wanted was a Pap smear, which I did not want a man to do so. I had to make 3 separate appointments before I got an appointment with a female provider, causing a delay of 2 months. When I arrived for actual healthcare, a Pap smear, physical, or both, I made it clear that I was there for that, but my priority was a Pap smear. I was not given paperwork to fill out my history in the office myself, or beforehand. I told them I was a cash pay patient, had a crowd sharing healthcare plan (CrowdHealth). I made it very clear that I had no insurance and asked what the visit would cost. I told them I wanted to pay before I left and also wanted to know what the cost would be. They said they didn't know, it would depend on what the PA decided to do. The lady at the front desk said there were three different cost possibilities starting at $175, but up to just a few hundred dollars. My wait in the lobby was very brief, because I was right on time, and then an MA weighed me and did my vitals, then placed me in a room. I thought it was strange that she left without telling me to get undressed. After a few minutes, PA Kelly King entered the room. She was very nice. She sat down and informed me that she needed to get a history, and that we would talk about getting an exam later. What? That's literally what I made the appointment for. an exam.I am an ER nurse and I know very well how easy it is to enter data. I placed peoples histories and medication list in the chart for my job, but even a I placed peoples histories and medication list in the chart for my job, but even an MA can do that. Since when is it impossible to do an exam on the patient when doing their history? Anytime somebody is getting a physical there's going to be a history taken as well. I could've filled out my own history, family history and medications. That is all she spent time on, asking about these 3. No exam. That is data entry and not something a PA needs to do while a patient in the room. I did not book a data entry appointment. PA King said mid appointment she would not address any other health concerns within an annual physical this appointment. She said I would have to come back. What an idiotic process. I had recent blood work 4 months ago with LabCorp that I tried to show her. She did not want to see it. I offered to send these records of my recent labs to the office, and she said the front desk would take care of it afterward. When escorted out to the front desk, they wanted me to sign a release of records, even though I said I could print them and bring them in. I waited 25 min in the lobby while the reception staff said they still could not tell me the cost of my visit, because PA King had not entered the diagnostic codes, then that the bill was very high and I should wait and go home until they fix it. I explained before, and after I wanted same day cost & to pay. Then this morning I got an email that my bill was $726, all to be questioned by a PA about information I could've literally entered myself online. My Pap smear was converted to a data entry visit. What other industry do they absolutely refuse to tell you what something is going to cost beforehand, or afterward? In what other industry do you book an appointment for a product A, then get given product B, then they still won't tell you the cost? Healthcare is a total scam. This is coming from an experienced nurse, someone who's practiced medicine for 31 years as an ER nurse. In what insane world should a PA be able to charge $726 for 15 minutes worth of data entry basic work? That's $2904 per hour for just one PA out of several in that clinic. This was a scam, and I did not get the product that I directly asked for at the front desk, made appt. for, nor any transparency in the cost.

This occurrence spanned over the course of 3 months due to issues with insurance and waiting for the next open enrollment. Dr. Vandana was quick to assess that my shoulder was indeed progressing into a painful frozen shoulder issue due to the small battery of tests she had me do. I could not get any Physical Therapy help during those painful 3 months due to insurance issues so I had to wait until the next open enrollment when I transitioned over to PPO coverage. This all took place a few days before the New Year. Out of the pocket visits to Physical Therapy were expensive ($125-150 per session) and I was not going to pay for that whatsoever so I had to find some alternative temporary remedies to power me through this ordeal. In the meantime, on my visit, Dr. Vandana wrote me a referral letter which was the key missing piece of the puzzle that enabled me to get Physical therapy help on the first week of January. Had I tried to get a referral letter through regular channels and through a regular Physician, I would have waited at least 3 months since I was considered a new patient. I didn't know that an Urgent Care doctor can write you a referral to PT anytime. Nurse Abigail B. did a great job taking my vitals prior to me seeing Dr. Vandana so I have to give her props as well. I was treated with the utmost of respect and my visit was less than 30 min. I'm thankful that we have these Urgent Care centers where we can get immediate help and going through the regular channels I find challenging since I recently found-out that the cause of these issues are due to lack of medical professionals because of shortage of personnel.

She initially acknowledged this and said she would switch to more affordable options. However, four days later, my mother ran out of her medication, and the updated prescription had still not been sent to the pharmacy. When I followed up, I was informed that the doctor was no longer able to change the medications. I was also unable to speak directly with the doctor, as the front desk would not allow it. Overall, the lack of communication, follow-through, and consideration for cost made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this clinic based on our experience.

This is critical which in preventing the spread of airborn bacteria, the main reason I drive this far for the surgeries. Recently had my hip replaced and had worked out prior with my doctor and insurance, that when I as released the nurses would facilitate the necessary home care and PT. Even though I did everything possible to ensure this was arranged prior, when I was released, there was a never ending conversation, disagreement and push back Between the nurses, surgical assistant, PT and OT. Unbelievably upsetting for me who was being released and going home to an empty house! The agency they selected, without telling me there were other options, only provided PT and OT, no home service care which was the top priority. Home service meant help with showering, getting up, light meals. To make matters worse, it took the agency they chose several days to call me, then sent over an evaluator first, and it was this person who finally explained that they don't provide the service I needed! He went on to explain that other agencies did and that I had a choice. At this point, I was 8 days post surgery!!!! So the care I needed then, was no longer needed when I was given this info. And if I decided to go with another agency, it would take several days to submit the order and wait for another evaluator. Then more days to receive care. Come on, Legacy, do better! You only cared about me while I was in your facility and your goal was to get me released regardless of my post surgery needs. It was your job to facilitate this, to let me know I had options and let me choose the option that best met my needs so that I had the proper care for the best recovery. Now that I am educated from having gone through this experience, I will make sure anyone I know who requires this assistance is armed with the information.
