Multiple people dropped the ball on my UC (under the cabinet lighting) multiple times and because of this the job was not done the way I wanted it. I finally got the bar lights and one has fallen down twice. (I just fixed it myself) I wanted two outlets in my island, but settled for one just to be done with it. The "top tier" cabinets, with "triple baked on paint" are ehh. I have paint coming off (see photo) on the edge of the garbage can cabinet. If the bag isn't pulled out straight up it with rip. So, what would cause the paint to rub off? Warped cabinet doors, they said to wait a year for the full cycle of the seasons and the doors will straighten on their own. Has not happened. Again, these are they're top tier, most expensive cabinets. I have a spot, next to my stovetop, where they missed putting grout between the backsplash and the countertop. (see phot) I haven't bothered to call Full Measure to fix it For the he money I spent, I expected better.

"Joseline" our sales person went above and beyond doing a super job for us. I am a retired general contractor and I know about many of the issues that can come up with these types of jobs - all the issues were handled in a professional manner by Joseline. She personally delivered tile in her personal car when a time deadline was near - amazing. The crews for the installation of the carpet and wood flooring were great (I used a friend for the tile installation.) They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. We would recommend Floorscapes to anyone needing flooring. Super experience with them.

Beyond his brilliant eye for design and great ideas for materials, Sven was an invaluable partner in managing the renovation itself. Our project turned into a bit of an archeological adventure--we discovered so much hiding under the walls of our old adobe kitchen--but Sven served as a constant guide. Whether it was navigating floor or countertop choices or troubleshooting design issues as they popped up during the work, he was always there to help coordinate with our contractors. In fact, he was so skilled and helpful that even our own contractors were impressed; they actually added him to their roster of design consultants. We couldn't be happier with our new space and highly recommend Sven to anyone looking for a thoughtful, capable, and dedicated design expert.

Our sales person, Valentina, was amazing. An extreme pleasure to work with. Or so we thought. We received our order, which was everything for the kitchen and two bathrooms, complete renovation, and the only thing that was correct was the kitchen faucet and the bathtub. My wife and I were extremely adamant about the bathroom fixtures being matte black and the sales woman ordered all stainless steel. The kitchen sink was suppose to be center drain but we received right drain. We asked for 2 bathroom sinks and she ordered one. Almost the whole order was not entered correctly. Serves me right for trusting a charismatic, what we thought was a very diligent and caring sales person and not going over all the product codes with a fine tooth comb when we made the purchase. On the order form, there is only the product code with no description of the product. I just assumed she entered them correctly. So needless to say it was all our fault for not entering every product code from the manufacturer on the internet when we got home to make sure everything was correct. At no point was it the sales persons fault according to them. Then they tell me it will be an extra $600 if we want the stuff we thought we were ordering in matte black. I'm returning everything minus the tub and the rough in stuff because all that has already been installed and taking my business elsewhere and I strongly suggest you do the same. We are no longer able to move into our new home before my wife has our second child due to this negligence. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
