After having to go back into line because my BF forgot to order another drink, it seemed pretty hectic. This happened in a 5-minute time frame. The staff could not keep up with the orders. After this we visited the Cola-Freestyle section and most of the machines were out of Cola. That did not leave many options to choose from unless you are a tea drinker. Moving forward to the theater was the bigger issue. Stadium 6 had many seats in poor condition. The material used had peeled off many of the seats. When the lights were to dim and then go off, they had not done so and were still dim while the movie was playing. I think someone complained and that was then fixed. Then the movie started glitching. That eventually stopped. I noticed the screen seemed blurry. Not very crisp as other movies I have seen in other stadiums at this location. The movie was pretty good, but I was very disappointed. This had been my favorite movie theater to visit. Now I may go back to driving to Holly Springs as I had done before this location was renovated.

Seems like a big miss. For Alcohol everyone had to order their own. You could not get one for anyone else and you had to show IDs AND you could only have 1 every 30 mins. A bit over the top I thought. Tried to order food on the app thinking it would be faster. Nope. Just get it all at the counter. This business, due to its cleanliness and owners' business ethics, morals, and values should not be supported!!! Mr. Donovan allows appliances to break or not work properly because he does not care to fix them. For example, the hot water heater is broken for over 6 months. Not only a severe health code violation but also compromised every customer that ate at his establishment. It is fixed; however, this speaks to his morals. The roach and bug problems are also other issues that go unfixed and overlooked. He does not choose to have the proper chemicals to fix the issue or hire outside companies to address the issue! The cleanliness of the kitchen is severely lacking!!! Yes, this post comes from anger. Anger because this employer owes me over $1000 in unpaid wages. This is the type of action from a small business owner that should not be overlooked. Mr. Donovan has many complaints from previous employees who were not paid. I am one of few. That is why I felt this post was necessary. This speaks to his business ethics! I am sure my character, workmanship, and other habits will be addressed and that is ok. Great selection of snacks in addition to some pretty tasty popcorn. Also they sell beer and wine. It's old timey so dont expect cushy recliner chairs or fancy bathrooms. Before arriving, I checked the website which states in bright red that those under 17 are not permitted without an adult after 4 p.m. Since she is 17 and her father was on-site seeing another movie, we believed they were compliant. After buying tickets, they were stopped for IDs, so her father left his movie to advocate for them and let staff know they were with him. A staff member explicitly told him they were "good to go" and let them in, only for another employee to approach them minutes later and kick them out. ​My daughter said they were made to feel like criminals on her birthday. When I called to address the disconnect, the manager was dismissive, citing "additional policies" buried on the site and told me if I didn't like it, I could "take my business elsewhere." It is a massive procedural flaw to allow minors to purchase tickets at a kiosk only to harass and turn them away moments later. We will be taking the manager's advice and spending our money elsewhere. I hope the owner, Dean Melvin, sees this and considers rewriting the policy to be clearly visible, while also speaking to staff about clear communication and how to respectfully approach paying customers. Additionally, after I posted my review on Google, I received a response from the theater stating that the issue was their age and the fact that they were attending an R-rated movie without an accompanying adult. The responder claimed this is a federal law enforced by the MPA. However, I looked this up and found that it is not actually a federal law, but rather a set of guidelines for theaters. ​While the MPA website and the official Omni site both state that those under 17 must be accompanied by an adult, it is a policy rather than a legal requirement. Furthermore, it was a two-step process to enter the theater, purchasing the tickets and then having those tickets checked. During the ticket check, the staff specifically asked for IDs. After checking, they told one individual he was allowed to go in because he was identified as being 17, the others did not have ID's on them. The staff allowed them all through both points of contact, only to later change their minds and kick them out. So, the age of them viewing the movie didn't seem to be the issue. I believe it was staff miscommunication with thier quest as well as withother staff members.
