My family has had 7 of them and my current daily driver is a 2003 Saab 9-5 with nearly 215K miles. It had a weird electronic problem (no turn signals, no flashers, no rear wiper, no intermittent wipers, no interior lights) that required some serious diagnosis and they solved it. A couple of used parts and I was back on the road. I was thinking I'd have to give up my old pal of many years, but M&R saved me. Awesome experience with total pros. I do most of my own car repair and don't live nearby, but M&R is always there when I need them. A few years back I was on a trip to Canada when the fuel pump on this same car died. I had it towed to them and I was back on the road in about 3 hours. Service like this is SO rare these days. They work on all makes and models, but Saabs are a specialty.
