I had a genuinely awful experience with this dealership. I bought a used car that broke down in less than a week. What followed was nearly 30 days of the car sitting in the shop during the first 30 days of ownership. The biggest issue was that they kept diagnosing and fixing things that were not the actual problem. Each time, I was told they had found "the issue," only for the car to still have the exact same problem. Multiple parts were replaced unnecessarily because they misdiagnosed the problem repeatedly. At one point, the car was marked as "repaired," I had it back for about 10 minutes, and had to immediately return it because the issue was still there. What made this worse was how it was handled. I was told they could "take away" paying for the damages, and was also told "if you bought it anywhere else you would have been screwed already." This came across as a threat rather than customer service. During this same situation, I was also pressured to purchase a warranty, even though the car failed almost immediately after purchase. While they said repairs would be covered, the entire experience was disorganized, stressful, and time-wasting. I paid for a car I could barely drive, lost transportation for weeks, and had to constantly chase answers instead of being given clear communication. This situation showed poor diagnostics, poor quality control, and a lack of accountability. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. read more

Sketch business with money hungry owners. Still have 3 years on the loan but had to junk it. After needing thousands of $$$ of dollars of work. We stopped using them to do the work due to their mechanics' incompetence. They say a "neighborhood garage" but sell junk cars. They told us they fixed our concerns before purchasing, but that was a lie. Sonja also tried to get us involved in that PPP scheme by asking us how many employees our boss employs. When I explained that my boss was rich enough, and his business was not affect by the pandemic. Her response "doesnt everyone love money?" Then proceeded to hand me a business card with her husbands name on it and told me she would give me a little off the top for my troubles. We should have known then. It's also not an accredited business through the BBB. I don't even know how they are still in business. I have uploaded a photo so they can't claim "I was never a customer". I have always been very pleased with their service department, especially with Jim. He has on several occasions saved me hundreds of dollars by showing me how other shops were trying to take my money. Beware- These guys buy good looking cars and trucks that are mechanically unsound. They try to sell you a warranty that they don't stand behind. You will see some good google and facebook reviews however they are not from true customers. I bought a truck, looked great, put on less than 3 thousand miles and had to get rid of it as the whole undercarriage was rusted. They spray painted underneath to cover it up, needed a new gas tank and the tranny was going. read more

Tim and sonja go above and beyond to help their customers. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have bought cars for myself and my daughter. After visiting big car dealerships that couldn't get me financed, tim and sonja worked with me and the credit union to get me in my Subaru and helped me improve my credit rating. The extended warranty is well worth the money. As it is in buying any used car car I needed an unforeseen repair. From tim right down to the mechanics they worked with me and made the whole process seem effortless. I had my car back in one day good as new. Terrible experience. I bought a car with a verbal price. I came in to pick up the car at the time i said i would. My salesman was not there as promised. I was told that I had to pay more than agreed to, even though I put money down on an agreed price. Had to bring the car in several times for problems. After driving the car for less than 30 days the transmission started making loud noises. They changed the fluid claiming that " the belt in the transmission was dry and changing the transmission fluid would correct this". I trusted them to be truthful to me. Three months later and maybe 2 thousand miles later, the transmission completely failed. They decided to do nothing about this. I had to put in a new transmission. The cost was 4,800. Because this car has a non -serviceable CVT transmission. After talking to many mechanics, and the place where i had it fixed, I was told, that this was a blatant attempt to push it beyond the 30 day guarantee to get off the hook to fix it. My only justice is to tell every one what happened so other people will see how bad their business practice is. I will not do business with them again. read more

Got my 2010 Jeep Liberty in February it has since been in and out of the shop 7X for the heater not working a blown head gasket and misfires it is still not working correctly and I am paying for a 2010 and being put into beater vehicles to drive around as loaner cars all of the loaner cars I have been in have either had a headlight out or check engine light on. Yes I have not had to pay for any of the work they have done because it is the original problem I have had since the day I drove it off the lot however I am paying for a vehicle I'm not driving and only driving vehicles that are embarrassing and getting my vehicle returned with less than the amount of gas that was in it when I gave it to them. this place definitely uses manipulation to gain clientele not impressed whatsoever. Please take heed of my warning and do not shop there they take advantage of female clientele and pretend to have fixed parts and just leave your vehicle on their lot for two weeks and not do anything at all. read more
