(this is customer service that we always used to get this is before people got cranky and impatient lol) so happy to see a younger girl still has a little bit of traditional ways and great customer service skills! very pleased so far..michele

I was relieved because it can be overwhelming even knowing what you want and then start lookingat it all. Kam gave me time to look and as time elapsed came over to help and was awesome. We openly discussed what I was looking for and she jumped right in to help without any judgment. She even gave me great advice about one product and how to charge it to which I was totally clueless. Kam also opened one product up so we could inspect it's quality. This review goes out to Kam for her warm ,caring non judgemental help . Management if you read this absolutely give Kam a raise !
