Stopped here while in town with my Mom. I have to say for a resale shop the prices are ridiculously high! Coffee mugs used ones were marked 3-5 $ for what I seen. USED? THATS CRAZY. I guess the place use to be cheaper someone thinks they can raise the prices like it's located in a very rich area???. Great way to go out of business. People are looking for deals especially when it's used and donated! The only thing I didn't look at was the clothes I guess they are cheaper than some other resale places in town. Too many negative changes with new management. They are rude to the customers and staff. They don't care enough to give customers what they want. Instead they are trying to make the store a boutique, stocking with expensive items that thrift store customers are not looking for. No more half price sales to clear out old merchandise. Instead of selling me a table at a reduced price, they took it to the landfill. I don't understand his logic! read more

This store does not even deserve a one star review! what use to be one of the best thrift stores to shop at is now one of the worst I would drive well over an hour just to shop at this store and would recommend my friends and family to make that drive also but now I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The store looks horrible there isn't anything new ever put out the trash bins out back are overflowing with donations that can be resold at cheaper prices but instead of taking the time to price and sell the items it's just as easy for the lazy store manager to toss them! I could go across the street to Walmart and buy some items at Walmart just as cheap it shouldn't be this way. The half off sales and the quarter bin are no longer apart of the store.. All your hard workers was fired for NO reason they made the store a fun place to shop and kept it nice and clean but not anymore the store manager and any other manager will never compare to the ones you had back over the summer.. I will not return to this store until the main manger who oversees the stores and store managers are replaced with someone who cares about the store, donations and it's customers! read more

This store used to be a neat place where you could find a replacement for a broken dish in your china set or a lid to fit your favorite pot. Now, it seems to be a boring store with overpriced, lack-luster items operated by rude, apathetic management. On 2 separate occasions I asked questions of what I thought was an employee but was actually a volunteer. She didn't have the authority to answer my questions and as the assistant manager walked by, the volunteer introduced her as Lee and asked her to help me. Lee exclaimed, that was not in her department and disappeared into the back of the store. On a separate visit I asked for information on a chair and Lee said she was on break and did not help me. Seriously people? I'm not sure what has happened to this store but, I won't be back. They act as if customers are a nuisance! read more

I would give a zero if possible, don't call them unless you have nice pristine things or they won't take it. I thought a thrift store was a place to donate or buy things cheap but I guess not for Hospice they want a Upscale store. I will not ever donate nothing else to them and will tell others not to go there. If you want to donate or buy things reasonable go to Habitat for Humanity. read more
