The entire shop is filled with quality items that spans the history of the area and beyond, it's like going to a museum that offers everything for sale. As massive as this place is it's very clean and well organized and to ensure you have the best experience it offers clean restrooms and even a very cute snack bar on the second floor, this is a well thought out business so if you have plenty of time there's no need to rush through. The staff here is very pleasant and will help answer any questions you have but will also allow you to shop at your leisure without any constant oversight. There are so many themed booths and open areas that are filled with a wide range of collectibles and lots of memorabilia and although I didn't make a purchase today I thought the prices were very reasonable. She was wonderful to work with - extremely knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy. She honored our budget and never once tried to "up sell" or use high pressure tactics. When I brought my parents in to see their options she treated them with the upmost respect and genuine kindness. My parents love their adjustable bed frame and mattress, not to mention the super soft bedsheets and pillow that came with the purchase. It has made a huge difference in the quality of their sleep and wellbeing. I highly recommend not only Mattress Warehouse but specifically Leigh - she truly cares about the customer and doing all she can to meet their needs.

I had a pillow that was still factory sealed, and they would not exchange it even though they recommended, I go with a medium height. I used my wife's at home. Hers was too tall for me. It hurt my neck and I tried to exchange it and they refused to deal with me.
