I had a breast lift procedure at this facility with Dr. Hermes Pelayo, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was under the impression that Dr. Pelayo would be performing my surgery, but I later learned that another doctor actually performed the procedure. I felt misled and, honestly, scammed by the experience. Unfortunately, my surgery resulted in necrosis, and I did not feel that I received the proper support or guidance from the office during my healing process. I have to update my review. Booked another surgery with Ciplastic. Unfortunately, have a medical condition which I disclosed with medical staff. Medical staff was informed I cannot have any surgeries or treatments for 6-9 months. The hospital is not offering 50-100% of my deposit. They offered 6 months to hold my deposit or 50% off any spa treatments. How can I hold my deposit for 6 months when they were advised I cannot have any surgeries for up to 9 months. Really think about booking with Ciplastic, they do not care if you're diagnosed with health issues and will not provide money back. No empathy or sympathy!!! read more

Goes with the name Ciplastic. I discovered them while browsing the internet and this one ad pops up. There are lots of choices and competition which is cheaper and better. What I didn't like is that I've asked them multiple times in person and via whatsapp to send me a copy of my before photos (my own photos) but it took how many weeks of checking and then I finally asked if they will send it or not cause im tired of waiting for nothing. They asked me to come in person but I cannot since I am not from Mexico and won't travel just for the photo. In the end, they didn't send it. Also, I signed a form stating I don't want photos/videos published but they did! They published it online without my consent, while refusing to send me my own photos. I also asked for a breakdown and receipt of my purchase but I didn't get any. Also, I have seen Dr Hermes Pelayo only for 3mins while doing the markings and that's it. PLEASE READ & DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give a negative rating, I would. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FILING A LAWSUIT against this clinic due to their negligence and unprofessionalism. At first, they treat you like royalty--only because they want your money. Once they have it, their customer service disappears. I had a rhinoplasty to correct a prominent hump and a droopy nasal tip. I was very clear about wanting a lifted, more feminine nose. Instead, they removed the hump but left my nose crooked and did nothing to refine my nasal tip. You could barely even tell I got a nose job, you can tell he put no effort at all on my nose job. My nose now looks worse than before. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they still had the audacity to charge me an additional $2,100 for their poor work. I have gotten referred from many professional doctors that have told me my nose is damaged and very crooked, that they will need Rib cartilage to reconstruction my nose thanks to Dr Hemes. Since SUMMER 2024, I have been trying to resolve this issue. They made me drive five hours back to their clinic in Tijuana for a follow-up, only to leave me waiting for two hours before telling me the doctor was unavailable. I have been the one constantly calling and following up, yet they never reach out unless I initiate contact. They kept promising to provide an estimate and schedule my revision, but they never followed through. For AN ENTIRE YEAR I have been calling these doctors non stop for updated info to comprise a decent price rather than charging me 2,100 for a revision. Ive had enough my last straw with them was Most recently, they told me they would get back to me by March 22, 2025, to schedule my revision and a updated pricing that won't be as much as 2,100. for March 27. It is now April 1, and I have yet to hear from them. It's clear they are avoiding me, hoping I'll give up. And I have--I wouldn't trust these doctors to touch my nose again. To make matters worse, on the day of surgery, they add hidden fees, charging an outrageous amount just for using a credit card. Stay away from this place. Under public pressure, they agreed to schedule a meeting either in person or by phone and even allowed her parents to attend for support. But when she proposed a date and requested a virtual call due to school and work obligations, they suddenly reversed course--refusing to proceed unless she traveled in person. This, after previously making her drive five hours and then leaving her waiting for hours without seeing a doctor. That kind of behavior isn't professional--it's strategic avoidance. As her mother, it's heartbreaking to watch my daughter endure over a year of emotional distress, medical complications, and complete neglect from a clinic that repeatedly failed her. She now has to undergo revision surgery elsewhere, including a rib bone graft, at her own expense, just to repair the damage they caused. We gave Ciplastic every opportunity to resolve this matter respectfully--they chose to delay, deflect, and manipulate. As a result, my daughter has now initiated legal action and we are also filing a formal complaint with COFEPRIS, Mexico's national health authority, which investigates medical negligence and unethical practices. I had my mommy makeover scheduled for march 5, 2024 arrived at the hospital the day before and it was nothing but red flags from the moment I walked into the door the girl at the desk was super rude and pretended not to speak English so another girl had to come translate for her she showed me on the calculator how much my balance was which was 7,680 because I had already given deposits I gave her my debit card she charged my card 10,540 dollars thinking I'm stupid and she could play me for a fool I looked at my bank on my cell and seen the charge. My friend was with me who spoke Spanish so he started to tell her why did she charge so much after showing us amount we owed she tried to lie saying it was my bank charging me to convert dollars to peso I'm well aware they charge a 3 percent to pay with debit and that was added into the amount she showed me . my bank will charge separate for the conversion it's about 500 dollars but a separate charge. We fooled them told them well if that's the case refund my money and we will be back with cash . So they refunded my money and we left and never went back . If you are considering getting surgery with Dc Hermes Pelayo I strongly encourage you to take the time to read this review. I beg you to save yourself the money & headaches do not come here. Do your research I promise you there are way better surgeons in Tijuana. To start off if you want a consultation with the dr. Hermes the one preforming surgery on you it's $80 I was told its $40 over the phone then tried to upcharge me once I was there. I came here to get a breast augmentation & paid $3,500 total. Once I started seeing my results my areola was on the side of my breast as my skin stared expanding. When I asked the doctor he blamed it on the fact that's just how my body healed which is BS I took great care of myself and followed all their rules. I was desperate to get it fixed cuz of how bad it looked so instead of fixing it free of charge he said he would charge me $1,000 to fix his mess but in order to fix it I'd need a bigger implant of 550ccs which of course said 550cc implants have an extra charge.. how convenient right? So now I'm looking about $2,000 to get this fixed, again his mistake. He offered me if I wanted to get anything else done he could give me a good package price I to agreed since I wanted a skinny BBL mainly to fix my hip dips. I told him my goals and showed pictures of how I wanted to look he reassured me that he could get the job done. Fast forward $10k all in with this doctor now including with the first breast augmentation I get botched hips super uneven I honestly didn't notice any difference & for the money that was spent and the process of recovery was horrible let me tell you I'd never recommend this doctor to anyone if anything I'd tell them to stay away from him. When I would email the follow up person to explain how I wasn't happy with my results they never reached back out to me or follow up I would call they wouldn't answer. Completely ghosted.Let's not forget to mention when you sign a waiver they ask if it's okay to post your before and after and I specifically put NO & 7 months later once they thought I would forget I was all over their instagram page. (I saw this when I was already recovering from my second surgery or else I would've never considered going back) the only nice thing I have to say about this place is all the nurses that's mainly the reason why I went back they were so helpful and attentive made me feel comfortable and cared for while I was there. Other than them that's all the doctor/ hospital has going for itself. When I finally got a hold of the doctor to tell him about my hips he got mad / defensive yet he had promised he could fix them. When I started telling him I was seeing other doctors he said he wasn't going to sit and listen to me compare him or telling him he didn't do a good job. He then proceeded to call me names & that I was "throwing a tantrum" when I was simply expressing my concerns with my results.
