I cannot recommend this attorney. I contacted his office seeking representation in a sensitive family law matter and paid for services. After accepting payment, I was informed via text that he could not represent me because he knew my ex, who is also an attorney. A proper conflict check should occur before taking someone's money, not after. What I find deeply alarming is that he then contacted my ex after I had consulted with him. When someone reaches out for legal help in a high-conflict family situation, especially when they are already seeking domestic violence support, confidentiality and discretion are paramount. Instead, I was left feeling exposed and blindsided. In family law matters, safety, privacy, and professional boundaries are not optional; they are fundamental. This experience demonstrated a lack of care and judgment that I find unacceptable for someone acting as an officer of the court. Especially given the domestic violence context and concerns for my safety.
