I finally obtained the bodycam video I needed to exonerate myself and the hearing is in 44 days. I did it alone. This law firm had zero plan and should have never advised me to sign a DVRO. I have read some good reviews and I spoke to Nancy. She was kind. We requested his trust so we could give it to the conservator/fiduciary and court appointed attorney. Our father/grandfather was robbed, drugged, molested, kidnapped and more. He was even on the news. We have a court appointed fiduciary in charge of his person and estate helping. He also has a court appointed lawyer. They need this information. We have a draft, letters from his long time partner, invoices, bank stmts, receipts and notaries. We need this information and they won't release it. He has been through enough so please help the people helping him. They need those documents. read more

Now, I have to pay twice for the job you were supposed to do. You rarely returned my emails and it was hell having you as my attorney, you have no idea the stress you caused. My business attorney states attorneys cannot charge for basic skills they should have learned in law school... Like 1st Ad rights. I had to beg you not to forfeit the case Aug 13th and that was despicable on your end. Even if you told me to dismiss the case, you had no right and did not have my permission to tell Ms. xxxxx about our conversation. YOU as an attorney needed to keep our conversations confidential. Terrible customer service. I called in about my issue and spoke with Mr. Vogt. He promptly told me it shouldn't be an issue to get me in for a consult , and assigned me to his attorney Anthony. When I emailed about my case and details regarding my case, I heard nothing in return. I didn't show up for my consult and didn't have one call from this firm asking if I was going to make it etc. Little did they know we are business owners and live in a brand new build as well with multiple problems that seemed up Anthony's wheelhouse. We were confident we contacted the right attorney until I didn't hear a word back or any confirmation of my correspondence. What a joke.
