This is the worst lawyer association i have ever dealt with. They never helped our case. I was never ever able to contact them. Husband was approved. My husband was on State disability and would transition to SSA. When I called them for help for the transition to show any proof of income or anything they just said case is closed. Didn't answer any question as to why it was closed or what was going on. If I had questions for anything I had to call SSA now I can't even move them out if my husbands representative. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! You have to do everything yourself they don't help or even take your calls. They're the worst!! i was not pleased at all. By their own admission they just "monitored" my case. i had to do all the calling to Social Security -Case Manager myself. Would not return calls and/or respond to emails in a timely or professional manner. Failed to respond, and infrequent calls to inquire what documents I had received. I'm not pleased with this firm. After speaking with well-versed people including a SSDI attorney known by my family, I soon discovered that talking to this company and their "helpful" approach was a big mistake to put trust in. They want a significant portion of my benefits when I receive them. My case is unique and undeniable, and so they jumped right on the opportunity to try to sell me on something that only the Social Security Administration should and can handle. This is a very difficult time for me and my family, considering my end -stage diagnosis .. adding this in the mix has only made it worse! I am not about to part with any of my life earned benefits! Do your research people, only use an attorney if you absolutely have to for your case, otherwise, stay clear of these "advocates" who do nothing more than I can do myself or with the assistance of said well-versed individuals, or the SS Administration directly. I hired this law firm over a year ago to help with my ssdi claim because I wanted to make sure everything was done correctly from the beginning. Everything I call I get sent to a voicemail and they NEVER return my calls. I have had to do all the things they were hired to do myself. After several attempts to call them a couple months ago, I finally called from my husband's phone and they picked up right away. It's like they have your number in the system and automatically send you to voicemail. I have provided them with so much information that they have failed to relay to my adjudicator. I couldn't be happier with this law firm. From the very start they were very through on all my injuries. I gave them all the information I had. It wasn't a couple of days they called and agreed to represent me. As soon as we got everything signed they started having me see a doctor. That Doctor ordered many tests for me. This took a little while before it was approved. For almost a month I was getting tests done by great doctors. After the tests were done there was a deposition scheduled. When I received a call from the Attorney 1 hour before the deposition . This is when I realized how well the attorney knew my case. He knew it forward and backwards. I must say this is a very overwhelming experience and it is definitely not an easy road. To bad I cant give a zero (0) stars. Over one year ago I hired these guys to litigate my SSI disability Claim. For the last year I have not had one, NOT ONE phone call to let me know how my case is going. Correction I was able to get through to an "assistant" ONCE and when I told her I had received forms to fill out for my claim from SSI she told me to not worry about them they were taking care of it all. It has now been over one year and none, NONE of my phone calls, voicemails or emails have been returned. I have been unable to talk to ANY living person to find out what the hell is going on. I have now received a letter from SSI, stating my claim has been denied and have a limited time to contest it but have no FN Idea what has or hasn't been done with my case as NOT ONE PERSON from this law group will get back to me or talk to me. I have now almost depleted my savings and my inheritance to pay bills and will be in default of my mortgage payment in a couple of months and in danger of loosing my home. I now really wish I had done a better job checking these guys track record. I would have never hired them. read more

I inquired about disability benefits. This firm has agreed to represent me and obtain my disability benefits. The only problem I am seeing is that they do not respond to messages or phone calls no matter how many times you call. They will only call if you continuously call them. I was surprised to find out when I contacted the social security administration but I didn't even need a lawyer until I was in the appeals process. So I feel like I kind of wasted my time using this firm. I was extremely disappointed to find out I was not the only client that was getting treated like this. I don't know how you can continue to stay in business if you do not keep your clients first. If you're looking for disability lawyers I will try other options first. read more

I have spoken to them twice over a year and 11 month. The first call was to get my information and for them to file my disability claim with Social Security. I got paperwork from the Social Security office that they needed me to see two different specialist. I called their office a couple times a day for over two weeks to talk to someone about what I should expect, I left messages each time and was NEVER called back. I got a denial for disability, it took them almost a month to call me back to get more information to fight the decision. I had already filled a disagreement with SS. I have had to do 95% of the work myself, I spent a few hours on the phone with the SS office answering additional questions as well as other dates for DR's appointments. I now have been approved for disability. I am not sure if this is typical how a disability law firm work or not, I do know I would not recommend them to anyone else. read more
