Would give this company zero stars if I could. Mike is a crook and a scam artist. A bus came to pick us up (not even the one I requested), the air conditioning (in the 85 degree heat) did not work and neither did the Bluetooth. We were dropped at our first stop and our driver went to switch the bus out. He comes back to get us and the bus doesn't start. So we then have to take Ubers. Mike has not refunded our money and I am now having to get a lawyer and Venmo involved. 0/10 recommend this company. It's criminal. read more

This was one of the dangerous travel experiences I have had. The bus was 45 minutes late, dirty and none of the audio visual worked. Ice and music were said to have been included- we ended up stopping to purchase ice and a speaker. Aside from the unsafe conditions, the driver stopped to allow people on the who were not part of our group access. Although they were clearly still agitated from their previous ride, the driver still allowed them on to retrieve some beverages that were left behind. Also, in the middle of our trip the manager, Mike Gullatt, told us that we would be kicked off the bus unless we sent a tip via money transfer immediately. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We had an agreement to pay 175 per hour for the bus. 5 hours is 875 plus drivers tip. I spoke to Mike and we paid a 150 deposit in advance. On the day of the event, when the bus arrived, they waited till we loaded all our people (40 ppl) on the bus, then, they tell me that it will cost me another 150 dollars. The bus driver called Mike and spoke to him. When I asked to speak to him personally, he wouldnt pick up the phone and wouldnt return my call. I paid the extra 150 and specifically told the driver that I need to speak to Mike before the night is over, but ofcourse, that never happened. Its a complete bait and switch SCAM! In addition, despite the fact that I specifically asked the bus driver to drive slow and take his time because we didnt want to be jostled all over the bus, we still had a problem with the bus driver taking sharp turns and braking hard. We were being tossed around the bus and felt very uncomfortable. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again, and I strongly urge you to do the same. This is fraudulent business. This guy is just collecting $150 deposits from unsuspecting customers. He claimed to have not received our booking or our money but miraculously remembered when I got PayPal involved. He would have completely destroyed our daughter's 18th birthday party. This party bus was very disappointing and nothing like the photos on their website. I called prior to ensure that there were cups and ice provided for the bus and I was told that there were however, upon arriving the driver told me that they didn't have any. The bus had no a/c, only windows that opened halfway, which is not sufficient for guys in tuxes. The bus was very old and basically falling apart. Parts of the ceiling were hanging down and you could see the wires for the lights, and the pole was about to detach from the ceiling, as well as being bent. In addition, there was barely any room to use it as it was in the middle of the thin aisle. We payed for a 20 person party bus, but our party of 17 barely fit and there definitely was no room for three more people. The bus took off and started so abruptly that anyone dancing at the time had to sit down or brace themselves to keep from flying around. We still had fun and made the best of it, and the aux worked well. But overall, this is no where near worth the amount they charge. read more

I booked a party bus and never received a contract liked they promised. I kept getting the run around about emailing a contract and they never did . This went on back and forth for three weeks. I lost my deposit and cancelled the bus. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! read more

I spoke, booked the bus and made the payment to Mike. The day of the event- It was my bachelorette party, we had dinner plans at 6:00 to have dinner and watch a show. The bus was suppose to get to my house at 5:00. Around 4:30, the bus driver called and said he would be a couple mins late. My mom asked him, how late? Like 5 mins or more. He said only 5 mins. It turned 5:20 with still no bus, I called the driver over and over with no answer. I called him from an unknown number, he answered with an attitude and said I'm on the way, I'll be there in 20 mins. I was freaking out and called Mike, since I booked with him. Mike informed me that the driver lied and wouldn't be there till 6:00. So had no choice but to take 2 uber xl because there was 13 of us. It cost us $205 just to get there, which we were late. The bus arrived at our location to take us home but the drama didn't end there. We got on a HOT bus. We live in Atlanta, GA so its still pretty hot. The AC wasn't working, he couldn't get the music or lights to work. It was a dark, hot silent bus. The driver, just started driving and when he would hit the gas the lights and music played but whenever he stopped at a red light they would turn out. The front door wouldn't shut all the way so the curtain blocking the driver and the party on the bus wouldn't stay down. Mike told us they provide ice and cups on the bus.. Yep you guess it, there was nothing. So there we were, in a hot bus with no AC, the lights and music cutting out and not being able to drink our drinks unless it was straight from the bottle hot because we had nothing. I will never book with them again. They were supposed to be booked for 10 hours the day of my wedding also, but we are going with another company. read more

We ordered the 20 passenger bus with TV, disco light, and aux cord. What showed up was 16 passenger with no a/c, tv did not work, lights did not work. We drove home in the dark. When we complained to the driver, he apologized and said he just drives. Tried to get compensation for the terrible experience and the owner said we should have told him the problems beforehand???? Red flag should have been when he demanded cash. Don't use this service. The bad limo set a negative tone for the rest of the evening. Check out rip off report online ( wish we would have). The party bus was a big hit with my coworkers and I. We have a team building event every year and tried something different this year. The bus was huge and a spacious enough for us to have fun, dance and have wine and beer on our way to Top Golf! The driver was really nice, he gave us an extra 30 minutes but it seemed like 10 minutes because we were having so much fun! We have already voted to do this again next year! Next time we will book more time to ride around before going back to our office. read more

Wow is all I can say right now! I am one of the parents who went in on this so called party bus for our children prom 4/18/17. Let me start off by saying he sent the oldest, falling apart bus for our children. It had no air, wires hanging, no water for the kids, no locks on the bus, no cover on the gas tank, no side mirror, had to guide the driver out, and wanted cash with no recipt given to us, but I do have pictures and recorded calls made to him and him not giving us a discount or another bus inreplace of the one he sent us. All he said he can do was make our kids have the worst experince of their senior year by telling us to send the bus back knowing they could not get transportion this late in the game. I will post pictures on yelp and any other site we can think of because I would not want any parent to have to go through.
