This sweet little shop is owned by a husband wife team. They do all the spa treatments themselves and they are all about quality over quantity of customers. I have never had a bad experience here and I am a very picky person when it comes to nails and dead skin being left. Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment. Due to the fact that they are smaller and care about customer service they have to run by appointments and you are likely to get in if you do so. Absolutely amazing! Pros: newly renovated, great prices for what you get, friendly staff Cons: walked in for a pedicure, greeted by staff and it wasn't busy. They never ask me what type of pedicure I wanted, never showed me a menu, had to ask person next to me in pedicure chair to see the menu. The staff person never talked to me but listened to the conversation next to me and engaged in that conversation! I was waiting for her to asked what type of service do you want and I wanted to try the hot pedicure but just let her do the basic in which she assumed I wanted. To top it off, they never asked me would I like a complimentary water. Very disappointed at this visit but will give them another chance. Suggestion: Treat everyone with the same courtesy and don't assumed someone wants the cheapest service. By the way...did I say I was a African American customer. read more

Very clean salon! I came in for spur of the moment spa pedicure, and though they had a good half dozen customers already, they got me seated right away! I was offered a refreshment as well. There are three choices of spa pedi's from $25, $30, and $35. I opted for the mid-price pedi, and it was awesome. They actually massage your feet and legs instead of just "rubbing" them. I'm on my feet a lot at work, so this was just what I needed. I will be coming back. Did I mention how clean and nice the salon is? 10/10 read more

You go in and immediately notice it is very quiet and calm compared to some of the larger, corperate run places, or like the places in the mall. One important thing to note, is they do go by appointment. Although this may be a negative for those that like to just walk in, its a plus in the way that at your appointment time, you get in and out very quickly, and they attend to only you during that time. On a negative side, they didn't have the little bags in the bottom of the pedicure tubs, although i did see it get scrubbed with dawn afterwards. The footrests were worn looking and could use replacing. I was glad to see an autoclave being used on the tools. When using the foot-cheese-grater, she did slip and get my ankle pretty good. The man was a litte touchy with my sibling, it would have made me uncomfortable but they said they were okay, i think he was just thinking of them like he would towards his children, but not everyone is okay being touched by a stranger without being asked. Overall, my sibling enjoyed their first pedicure and thought everyone was friendly. As for me, I get it done frequently. I've had worse, I've had better. It wasn't a waste of money like some experiences I've had read more

I came to this nail salon because it is near where I live. I love it! The service was great and the employees were friendly. The place was also clean. Big plus. I received a spa pedi and mani for $36. My nail tech took his time with me and gave me the best hand and forearm massage. They also use warm towels for your legs when receiving a pedi. Wow! Right from the beginning, I had a FABULOUS experience here! I was seated immediately, even though they had appointments coming in soon, they still did a quality job on my refill for acrylics. Don was so friendly and really took his time to do a good job on my nails. He never rushed, but rather checked every single nail to make sure it was done right. He was very engaging in conversation, but not so much that it hindered his job. Very good pricing for the amazing job they did on my nails!
