Here's the not so good: My technician was proficient but rough. When doing my cuticles she was pulling not cutting. My gel mani was applied quickly and not exactly clean. Biggest peeve, when manicurists use their nails to remove polish on my sick! Yuck. Use the nail stick with acetone, don't scrape my skin. There are plenty of technicians, mostly older, who all spoke English but chose not to engage with the customers. Not a welcoming inviting place. Not even water was offered to me or any of the customers that came in after me.

No leg massage, my feet was scrub by a little brush. My normal salon that I go to was closed and I needed to get my nails done in a pinch, but for $45, my nails never last more than a week. Which normally when done correctly, my dip lasts for 3-4 weeks. This place is good when you're in a rush, but anytime I've gone, my nails have to be redone or I go back for a touch up.

I've had good and mediocre services here as well as an excellent service that had me going back for as long as I lived near their salon. The customer service is ok, I wouldn't say good or bad, just neutral (meaning they aren't kind or rude). One thing I really liked about this place is they have punch cards for the amount of money you spend each time to eventually get ten dollars off... I'm kind of sad about that because I had gotten really close to getting the ten dollars off when I moved, but like I said, not worth a 40 min drive. I gave four stars instead of three because I have had an excellent service before here and I think the manager tries his best to keep the place good enough to bring people back.
