I thought that would save me a considerable amount of money. I had never pulled a transmission and found it more difficult than originally planned. Regardless, I got it out and brought it to them. They rebuilt it in about a week. It cost me $1200.00. I thought that was fairly high. I asked Wade (the owner) if I had saved any money pulling it myself. He said about 200$. If I had known that, I would have let them pull it. Regardless, it is fixed and it did come with a 2 year warranty.

The…read morecost for both vehicles for a basic oil change with synthetic oil was $228.00 or $114.00 per vehicle. This doesn't include the upcharge to get a better car wash. That was an extra $8.00. That being said, The staff was friendly and honest-even about up sells. But they didn't Check the tire pressure on either car until i ask the to on my second vehicle. According to their paperwork. This should be the standard practice on all vehicles and a reason I took my car in to get serviced. Also, they never checked my transmission fluid. But that may be because there isn't any way to check it. At least that is what I was told by the man servicing the car. He may be right. Another thought, I think when you pay $114 to get your oil changed. You should get the best car wash for that cost of $114.00. You shouldn't have to pay an extra eight dollars for an upgrade car wash. Yes they give you a free basic car wash . But you have to pay an extra eight dollars ($12.00 of the best wash). The $114.00 should included in the best car wash. If they did do what their page says and gave the top of the line car wash. Then I would definitely come back But as of now I am uncertain if I will go back again.

I needed an oil change that day so the manager of the other place sent me to Van's. I rolled right in and got immediate service. Didn't have to get out of my car or anything. "Quick Lube" is right because I was in and out with a coupon with a free car wash to boot. I missed some of the bells and whistles of other oil change places, like interior vacuuming and window washing, but the accessibility and speed was great!

Originally I took my car to Firestone (who, for what it's worth, have always been great to work…read morewith as well) for a rattle and they thought it was something to do with my differential (which they don't do work on) so they referred me out to Bud & Ray's for them to have a look at it. It took a little while for me to get in (about 2 weeks) but I was really impressed with the service. Everyone was super friendly and I was able to talk to the technician who looked at my car directly. They ended up determining that I didn't need any work done and the rattle was just a loose heat shield and only charged me $25 and sent me on my way. I'd highly recommend them if you need transmission work - and - given the wait time and the fact the lot was absolutely packed when I dropped the car off I'm guessing I'm not the only one who feels that way. I really appreciated the honesty and the ease of communication (texting!). 10/10.

Well, we were scooting down the road, when the tire starting going flat. I decided to ride to this store to buy a portable bicycle pump. When I arrived, I asked if they could help me pump my tire up so I could get home (planning on buying the pump after). The man sized me up asked if I bought the bike or the trailer there. I said no (they were a gift). He said "well since you chose to spend money somewhere else, I can't help you" and refused to pump up my tire. He then turned his back and went back to doing whatever he was doing. I left without purchasing the pump. He lost at least $50 that day by being rude. I just spent $1,400 on a mountain bike last year, and $800 on a cruiser bike- of course I didn't go here to buy them. I hope they have improved their customer service since then. It was a while ago, but I think it should still be said, as I still feel the sting of his incorrect perception of me.

I can't imagine any of the individuals I worked with treating me the way that one of lower star reviewers experienced. The prices were fair and competitive to the other shops around the area. It took about a week to have a full tune up done (as well as a few other fixes I requested) in the middle of July. I can't see any reason at all not to recommend this place for repairs. They took the time to explain everything to me, the repairs were exactly what they quoted and they finished it when they said they would. I'm pretty impressed! This will be my shop from now on.
