I had a very bad experience with a employee named Sarah. She was being very rude and vulgar towards me. I will not be shopping here anymore.

It's a nice store, well-lit & clean. Staff was nice, but not super attentive (I was standing in front of the cash register for at least a few minutes while two employees finished their personal conversation). Onto the clothes... I came looking for some new work clothes, but this isn't really the store for business dress clothes. They do not carry any dress pants or Blazers, but I did pick up a cardigan style blouse. Just be careful to inspect the clothes carefully because I picked up 5 of the same blouses before I found a good one (others were stained, ripped, or had seams coming apart). Material of the clothes does feel a little cheap, and prices are just ok. Personally, I'd prefer getting better made clothing at Macy's & using their coupons for a better deal. However this place is useful if you're unable to find plus sized clothing at Macy's, or Lane Bryant's prices are just too high. Worth a look for those curvy ladies. Return policy is 30 days, with receipt AND with tags still attached to the clothing.

I headed to the Cherry Hill Mall to check out 2 other stores there -- and stumbled upon Fashion to Figure having never heard of it before. So glad that I did! It's literally a store for ladies size 12-26 geared towards a night on the town, special events, or if you just wanna look super put together. Lots of variety of styles - and nothing like the sometimes boring department store options open to curvy or plus-size ladies. The dresses in the window are gorgeous, and inside it's all white walls, trendy music - and great stuff you actually want to wear! Both employees there were really nice - Janelle helped me with fitting room/dress stuff and was awesome! The staff actually writes your name on a wipeboard outside of your fitting room and is attentive and friendly without pushing sales. There was another girl in the dressing room looking for an outfit that I ended up chatting with and even recommending a dress for when we were coming out into the common area to look in the larger mirror. I went in looking for a dress and left with two - both onsale - and I know when the winter pounds come off they're both cut so well they're still going to look great! A nice plus - they sell Spanx, and some other really nice shapewear, and their jewelry section is dangerously shiny... I had to stop myself from getting carried away. A total go-to place for special occasions or if you want something fun to wear!

After limited shopping done mostly online, it was fun to be in a store searching the racks. My reason for going to the store was an online return. Nordstrom has a great return policy. The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

We have a nice selection of purses here." Spoiler: I did not look at the store's purportedly nice selection of purses. I left feeling sorry for management because it's so hard to weed out rude idiots during the hiring process. No amount of coaching will fix someone who thinks it's a great sales tactic to be insulting. Sorry, Nordstrom Rack. I get it, I manage people too, and it sucks.

I was pleasantly surprised to see they carry some nice business casual wear as well. It is like a step child to Kohl's because they offer a limited choice of housewares from plates, to home decorations, towels, furniture, etc. They also carry shoes (a plus that they offer those fake little nylons for trying on shoes), purses, sunglasses, all that stuff. I will say that I was approached a little rudely by one of the sales ladies who made a comment about what I could or couldn't bring into the rooms to try on some clothes. Maybe she was having a crappy day or her feet hurt, who knew.

Do you think they'll offer discounts to frequent shoppers?! Here we are today, and I've YET to find anything worth buying in this palce. I stopped in last week in search of a discounted dress, but all I found were stiff, high-colored maiden frocks in clashy, bright colors. I second the reviewer below - most of the clothing reminds you of 1990s elementary school teacher style, all fit to be paired with a multi-colored macaroni necklace. Worse still, a lot of the stuff is still way expensive, especially in the homegoods department. Save your time and head to TJ Maxx, Marshall's, or Homegoods instead.

The manager a female whom I never met was very disrespectful. I explained to her that I was always in there looking for clearance items and specials. She asked me if I was still in the store which I felt offensive. I tried on several pieces but nothing really fit me the way I needed it to. Case in point. I go there all the time never met her or saw her. She only once addressed me to see if I needed help. The other two attendants know me well. I felt very offended by her comments I also felt like I've spent enough money at the store to warrant me looking for what I. Want particular pieces. I spent some money there on Black Friday good selections and better pricing along with bags to put your expensive suits in. I also mentioned to the female manager there at cherry hill nj that I had been there a week prior to buy a suit bag my point was that I felt bad about being at the store which that should never happen.

Service is nice too, but I guess it would suit us better (pun intended) during a sale.
