I made my way to the women's department and rummaged through the cramped clearance racks and took my armload of clothing I found to the register. I visited this Chico's store on January 16, 2026, around 1:30 PM. I give that information because I…read moredid not catch the names of the two women working this day, but assume there is record of who was there. I was first approached by a taller woman with blonde hair, who asked what I needed. I told her I had an event that came up and I was looking for a dress. She told me they did not have any dresses in the store. I said I had found a dress online and was hoping that if they didn't have it in store, I would be able to order it, and maybe get it quicker going through the store. She told me she didn't know anything about that, and then sent me over to the other woman at the counter to get assistance. That lady was very busy opening a box of chocolates, setting them out and eating them. Finally, after a period of time, she walked behind the counter and said what is it you want? I told her that I was looking for the specific dress and was hoping I could order it. I asked her how long it would take to be shipped, I told her that I needed it by Wednesday of the following week. She seemed very put out, and annoyed by my request. She took, and ate another piece of chocolate, and with a mouthful she said "yeah, we tell people it's gonna take like 8 to 10 days to have anything delivered ". I was very off putt. The other woman there told me I should go to either Macy's or White House Black market. I did go to both of those stores. I found a dress that I liked but didn't love and purchased it. Then I decided to just sit down in the lounge area of the mall and go on your website. I ordered the dress, and chose next day delivery. It seems I will have the dress delivered by Tuesday of the week I needed it. I have never had a truly negative experience at any of your stores until today. I do hope the dress is delivered in time, and I'm sure it will be lovely. These two women do not know or understand customer service.

This place is a little diamond in the rough. A cute little boutique that has a sale on something…read morealmost all the time? Count me in! I was in the market for a small, over the shoulder purse (my sisters were in town and I was loving their little purses (and I had been saying for months that I needed one), so we all decided to hit up the mall and see what we could find. Francesca's was an easy choice because I already knew they sold a wide variety of purses. Of course I found the perfect one, it has a gold chain strap, and it's a lovely off-white color that will literally go with everything. And what's better than finding what you love, and then having it on sale?! Yup, purses were 40% off! I was in heaven. My sisters were also loving going through the absolutely astounding amount of jewelry (they have tons of every kind of jewelry item you can think of, besides belly/body piercing items). There was only one employee on duty, but that did nothing to the experience: she was quick and efficient helping multiple customers find what they were looking for and then rounding up to the front and speedily checking everyone out. Clean, organized, lots and lots and lots of items in a rather small store (but again, it does not detract in any way from the overall experience). Definitely will be checking out their clothing selections next time I'm there.

They should be zero stars. They are swindlers and crooks. I brought in all American Eagle,…read moreHollister, and aerie clothing from prior season and they pretended like the clothing was not worth anything. They tried to purchase three of my Hollister items for $13 and told me that it was two items while they were hiding one with tags on it underneath two other items. This must be something they do; only purchase a few of someone's very nice items, to make it appear like there is a supply and demand issue, so you are more likely to take their measly payment. Anyway, first they tried to tell me that the clothing was outdated, but they actually took one item that was exactly the same as the other item in the basket, but one had tags and they took that on, and the other one didn't. But neither one had been worn, the one had just been washed one time. Lastly, so it's like they try to degrade you at the outset, and then they left my items over on their shelf and said they only wanted to purchase two items. However, I could see that there was another item, the item that still had tags below the other two items on the shelf. And I told them that there was three items there and they tried to gaslight me and tell me that there was only two items even after they could clearly see that I could see that there were three items. I told them I wanted my items back. And then they rolled their eyes and threw my items back on my basket. This is already like the third time something like this has happened, and this most recent time was the worst because they flat out lied to me and tried to steal my namebrand clothing after pretending that my clothing was trash. Someone special, I hope, gets my nice things that I am now going to donate to the local thrift store. Peace and better days for good people, and may the cheaters get their Karma
