I was the first person in the door today and was looking to buy a suit for a wedding coming up next week. The sales associates greeted me tepidly as I entered and I told them what I needed and when I needed it. I was wearing blue jeans, and henly, and my chacos. I was also carrying around 20k in my wallet in credit I could've used there. I knew exactly what I needed and the color/pattern I needed it in. A midnight blue suit. Nothing outrageous. The guy who helped me took one measurement, showed me two jackets above a $400 price point, and said, "That's all we have that's going to fit you. So are we doing this or what?" I wear a 46R in a suit jacket. I am hardly big or tall. He seemed annoyed that I was buying a suit and not as part of a group and even went as far as to say how odd it was that I was buying this suit on my own. "Shouldn't the groom do that?" I ended up at Kohl's. Put a suit together myself from their inventory and got out under $250. Long story short: Save your money and your dignity and shop elsewhere.

They should be zero stars. They are swindlers and crooks. I brought in all American Eagle,…read moreHollister, and aerie clothing from prior season and they pretended like the clothing was not worth anything. They tried to purchase three of my Hollister items for $13 and told me that it was two items while they were hiding one with tags on it underneath two other items. This must be something they do; only purchase a few of someone's very nice items, to make it appear like there is a supply and demand issue, so you are more likely to take their measly payment. Anyway, first they tried to tell me that the clothing was outdated, but they actually took one item that was exactly the same as the other item in the basket, but one had tags and they took that on, and the other one didn't. But neither one had been worn, the one had just been washed one time. Lastly, so it's like they try to degrade you at the outset, and then they left my items over on their shelf and said they only wanted to purchase two items. However, I could see that there was another item, the item that still had tags below the other two items on the shelf. And I told them that there was three items there and they tried to gaslight me and tell me that there was only two items even after they could clearly see that I could see that there were three items. I told them I wanted my items back. And then they rolled their eyes and threw my items back on my basket. This is already like the third time something like this has happened, and this most recent time was the worst because they flat out lied to me and tried to steal my namebrand clothing after pretending that my clothing was trash. Someone special, I hope, gets my nice things that I am now going to donate to the local thrift store. Peace and better days for good people, and may the cheaters get their Karma

First of all, I have been a loyal customer of Twist since I discovered it when I moved to…read moreWisconsin. It has been a 5 year fantastic relationship, so I thought. I bought a pair of black Fenini Overalls. $189.00 price point, for an event last weekend. I was so happy. Cindy was fantastic and was the one that hung them in my dressing room for me to try. I got the overalls out of the bag the day of my event, and I noticed a big stain. it wasn't detectable in the light, but it was there. I messaged Twist. This is where it went south. I received a message that said basically that they weren't stained when I left the store. But to wash the overalls in cold, dry 10 minutes and then hang dry. I did. The stain was obviously a flaw in the fabric. I followed the instructions they gave me and the stain remained. Then the owner Trish called and told me to bring them back and that she herself would remove the stain. she made it very clear that she thought that I was lying. I returned the overalls for her to remove the stain. She couldn't. She said that she called Fenini and that they didn't have the overalls in my size. Trish also told me the owner of Fenini said that she had never seen this and that they weren't shipped to Twist that way. Indicating again that I was a liar. She apologized for all of the inconvenience. She said that she could discount the overalls for me, or give me a refund. I messaged that I would take the refund and anything else that she could offer for all of the inconvenience. I called today and I am getting a refund. Needless to say that I am mourning the loss of the beautiful products and happy, caring salespeople like Cindy. However, that being said, I cannot continue to shop here after the slap in the face from Trish. She indicated that I was a liar. When I worked in retail, the CUSTOMER always came first and was always right. I will stick with my boutique, Maggie and Me, in Michigan. Oh, and for you ladies that can't afford the price of the jewelry at Twist. They have that same jewelry in Waupaca for half the price. Shame on you Trish. I was an incredible customer.
