The clothes are organized but there isn't a lot of signage/it's hard to see so it can be a little difficult to get oriented when you are looking for something. The primary room is packed with stuff so it's a tight fit if you're shopping when they're busy (especially if you're wearing a winter coat). If you sell clothing to them, you can either get cash or save it to use as credit - I believe you get 10% more if you choose in-store credit.

I bought a pair of black Fenini Overalls. $189.00 price point, for an event last weekend. I was so happy. Cindy was fantastic and was the one that hung them in my dressing room for me to try. I got the overalls out of the bag the day of my event, and I noticed a big stain. it wasn't detectable in the light, but it was there. I messaged Twist. This is where it went south. I received a message that said basically that they weren't stained when I left the store. But to wash the overalls in cold, dry 10 minutes and then hang dry. I did. The stain was obviously a flaw in the fabric. I followed the instructions they gave me and the stain remained. Then the owner Trish called and told me to bring them back and that she herself would remove the stain. she made it very clear that she thought that I was lying. I returned the overalls for her to remove the stain. She couldn't. She said that she called Fenini and that they didn't have the overalls in my size. Trish also told me the owner of Fenini said that she had never seen this and that they weren't shipped to Twist that way. Indicating again that I was a liar. She apologized for all of the inconvenience. She said that she could discount the overalls for me, or give me a refund. I messaged that I would take the refund and anything else that she could offer for all of the inconvenience. I called today and I am getting a refund. Needless to say that I am mourning the loss of the beautiful products and happy, caring salespeople like Cindy. However, that being said, I cannot continue to shop here after the slap in the face from Trish. She indicated that I was a liar. When I worked in retail, the CUSTOMER always came first and was always right. I will stick with my boutique, Maggie and Me, in Michigan. Oh, and for you ladies that can't afford the price of the jewelry at Twist. They have that same jewelry in Waupaca for half the price. Shame on you Trish. I was an incredible customer.

Furthermore, I asked if they would kindly throw it away from me due to the fact that I have no use for the item and she politely told me no I can take it with me and there the trashcan outdoors. I have always went to the New Balance Store in Appleton but since this store was close to our home it is why we went there. My husband, son and myself visited on a Saturday in August of this year ( 2018). We went in and my son and myself were both measured. The sales lady appeared incompetent about wide widths and took them over 20 minutes to place 2 simple size order for wide with. The order was then placed and were told it would take around a month or so for our shoes to come in. I get a phone call from a sales woman about 1 week later stating that someone placed the wrong order for my shoes and they did not make my size but they would order several different sizes but this woman was not sure of anything. I told her over the phone that I did not have time to sit there on the phone for 30 minutes debating shoes size and that I would think they should know about shoe size. I went in the store a week after this to get sized once again and the correct order for my shoes, I thought all was fine. I called yesterday ( October 1st) to see where my sons shoes were because it had been since August that we placed his shoe order and to check the status of my shoes. The sales person was utterly clueless. The sales girl said they had no order on file for us even being in the store but there are shoes there but there is no name on them. I am thinking to myself wouldn't a business have a name to an order for product. I asked the sales girl to get into their system and she could enter our name and address and our order would come up. The sales girl told me they have no computers that work. I was so frustrated at this point and told them I would just go to the Appleton store. The sales girl called back and then said, "Oh we have a pair of shoes here but not sure if they are yours or your sons or whose they are?" I told her that I have never in my entire life had experienced such a hassle with getting shoes. I told her we would just go to the Appleton store like I should have because the level of incompetence here is astounding, I wondered how these sales girls even dressed themselves in the morning? So today the phone rings and it is this Vander loop shoes. I asked the girl on the phone if she was a manager, she said she was one of them. I asked her if she wanted to hear customer feedback. She said yes, very rudely!! Then she tried to over talk me, accused me of yelling at her. Extremely unprofessional to say the least. I then again asked her if she wanted to hear from a customer and customer feedback to why I am so frustrated. She then says, "Yes, but accuses me of yelling at her staff." I told her that I am not yelling and would she really want feedback from a customer? She then began to accuse me of yelling at her. I then Yelled at her, "THIS IS YELLING YOU DUMB BITCH!" I slammed the phone up. She then calls me back. I see the caller ID and am like, "Oh now this is harassment." Get this, she calls me back and I answer. I ask her, "What in the world are you doing calling here?" She then said, "I was just calling to tell you I cancelled your order." I told her, "Do not ever call here again, bye bye." I would go bare foot before I ever went to this place of business.
