It is always a pleasure shopping here! I love that their clothes are stylish, which is hard to find when your are plus size like myself. And the clerks that work there are just wonderful! They are fun and personable, and they understand the desire us fuller gals have to want to look stylish. read more

The plus size (where I shop) takes up probably a third of the store and I can always find something young and trendy (but not trashy looking) that is made well and reasonably priced. I feel confident in their clothes, and get complimented on them, too, which is extra nice for a plus size. They tend to run BOGO 1/2 price sales on their jeans and business casual type clothes fairly often which helps because when I find a pair of pants that fits great I try to get them in every color. It seems like they listen to the customers because I have seen them come out with new colors in some of their best items- try the 3/4 sleeve v-neck button front cardigan. Originally I got it in two of the colors but now I see they have added 4 new colors that are super cute. I'll be picking up at least two more. They are definitely doing something right at this store and the chain in general. Nice to see in this day and age where customer service is often poor, or quality lacking.

They say they will stand behind them but not really true. Bought my mom a big plant for Mothers Day. It really never bloomed much and then died and dried up. My mom definitely has a green thumb. She tried to exchange it but no luck. So I went in to talk to them about a return for a different plant and was told sorry nothing we can do. You would think they would care more about regular customers buy I guess not. I was quite surprised they didn't really care. I won't ever go back and will be sure to share my experiences.

But even the new items did not look mass produced there was a very strong representation of artisan and local goods. I happen to visit right before Valentine's Day and was impressed with the obvious care that was often shown by the various vendors in arranging their displays with a spring theme. On top of a small hill, you'll find the store and orchard. Stop in the store and get directed to the right orchard and bags for your pickin's. They are very nice and tell you how to pick the ripe and ready. I went for the sweet Honey Golds.. "make sure there's a pink blush on one of the apple's cheeks" I didn't know apples had cheeks! They were easy to spot and pick. AND TREE RIPE SWEET. They also have Macintosh, Cortlands, with twenty other varieties. I didn't have time but you can sometimes also pick fresh produce products ... strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, sweet corn, squash and pumpkins. Pick your own apples & vegetables or buy at the retail store. When you've picked your lot you go back into the store to weigh and pay. Stock up on their locally raised Angus beef or buffalo meat AND OF COURSE spicy Sheboygan style brats too. (beats the heck outta Bavarian or Stadium style) YOU BETCHA!
