I headed straight to the clearance racks initially which are usually a total mess. Not only are they super clean and organized at the store, but they had sizes up to 5x and they were all in the correct spots. When was the last time it took you less than 5 minutes to go through the entire clearance rack? I couldn't believe it. I tried on half a dozen items and left with an outfit for under $20 in less than 45 minutes. I don't know about anyone else got ta but that is my ideal shopping experience! Oh! And I used the restroom (which was nice and clean) in that time as well. This is the best Kohls I have personally visited and I'm from CA btw!

She kindly suggested that we go down stairs and try on a few prom dresses to see if I'd like anything. I said ok and she let me try dress after dress but when I I tried on the dress I ended up buying she saw my face light up and told me so. They go my dress with custom alterations done within a matter of weeks. The seamstress skillfully add a special back panel to my dress because I told her I'm not comfortable with showing a big section of my back. She even used the scraps from the dress itself to match perfectly. She added buttons incase I need to open the back area to let air in on the big day. I'm so happy!

Now my daughter doesn't want to go to her senior prom and is unhappy with her dress selection. The dress was my favorite and only one I gravitated to but this lady made her very first prom experience one she doesn't want to remember or even participate in now. Neither parent or our daughter is satisfied with the service. Don't force someone to choose something they don't want whether the store or color, she told them what she was looking for.

Really nice display of taxidermy in the back of the store, with multiple species depicted. Stopped to use the bathroom and it was decently clean. They had a big "Clearance sale" banner up out front but the only things on clearance were clothes, no actual outdoor gear.
