I was promptly greeted by Abdul and immediately felt welcomed. Abdul was a true pleasure to deal with. While he had a jacket in stock that fit perfectly, he had to order pants and advised he would call when they arrived.The following week I returned to the store and tried on the pants. Abdul took measurements and made the adjustments right on the spot so as I could avoid another two hour trip to come back and pick them up. Abdul sets the bar for customer service. Super nice, personable and very good at what he does. And to top it all off, the price cant be touched by anyone. I simply cannot speak highly enough of Abdul and his business. I went really only for an amazon return drop off as i was in the area and stood in line for what totaled about 20 minutes, most of which was spent as the next person in line with literally no one in front of me or being helped at the desk but with 6 associates standing behind the desk all except for one completely ignoring me and the accumulating people behind me in line which ended up being about 15 people at the end. It's just my interpretation but seemed like these women were all ignoring me deliberately except for one nice lady who was clearly busy and acknowledged me twice to apologize and even asked her manager to help me but the manager decided not to i guess as she just looked at me and said/did nothing. I finally spoke up and said, I'm sorry but will there be someone available to help me? SIX of these women all then Yelled at me, all in unison as if I'm was crazy to even say anything. They Yelled at me. So i yelled back and told them they don't need to all yell at me as I'm just asking for help. Then a random guy behind me took it upon himself to jump on this opportunity to berate me and call me names including the C word as though I'm somehow being difficult by asking for service. They were to big and I decided I couldn't afford them. I took them back to the store. Staff said I waited to long to return them, 60 days is what they give the customer to return stuff. I explained that I live 22 miles away and therefore don't get to their part of town very often. I explained that making a separate trip just to return the shoes was not in my budget, most of the reason why I couldn't afford them anyway!! Staff said I was 10 days (TEN DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!) to late & all they would do for me was an in store credit. I called corp headquarters and they said the store has the last word & corp couldn't help me.
