They couldn't even handle a few spilled sunflower seeds without clogging. This is my all time favorite car wash in town! It's cheap, fast and the best part is the automatic mat cleaners. I can't believe I don't have a picture, but you insert your mat and it shoots it out after cleaning it. It's such a great feature! I went through the car wash last Friday and when I got home I noticed my rear bumper was loose and there was a piece of cloth from the car wash stuck in between my bumper and the brake light, on top of that my bumper sensors are not working. The red cloth that moves left to right to clean your car got stuck and pulled out my bumper. They refused to take responsibility or to provide me with a copy of the video. Be very careful. This is going to cost me a lot of money. By the way my vehicle is a new Tahoe and I didn't have any damage prior to going into the carwash. I have pictures to show the damage. Also, the employee at the window told me this has happened before on other vehicles. read more

Friendly and helpful attendant, kids enjoyed the lollipops and stickers. I liked that somebody scrubbed a little extra on the bugs on the front end before it went through the car wash, that was cool. I'm not a huge fan of these types of washes but the attended guided us in and everything went well. My third trip to this car wash left scratches all over my 2020 Nissan Maxima, I talked to a staff member and they asked me to fill out a report so I did and then the manager came and said I will look into our cameras and then will call you to tell you whether the scratches were done by our carwash or if they were originally on there before. (hint: I bought my car straight from a dealership in excellent condition just 10 days before this incident and it had no scratches on it as whatsoever, it's been 2 weeks since this incident happened and the manager has yet to call me and inform who was at fault, I have called them back a couple times but still couldn't get a hold of the manager. Chipped the paint on my 2021 f150 after I had just bought it. Definitely don't recommend coming here, yes it saves time but you're better off washing your own vehicle with a hose and soap. read more

I went and got a car wash and when I was vacuuming I noticed my antenna was gone off my vehicle I went up to one of the workers and asked her if she could go look for it and she went into the car wash and then she came back with two that she found one of them was mine she said she would have to go get a manager to do a report we talked to the manager he took down my information but that was it he said that he would call me back if they could do anything but there is not much for them to do even though they broke it I asked if I could talk to someone high them him he said no and that he would not give me any information that would give me anybody higher than him he was rude and acted like it didn't even matter that something was broken on my car because the truck is not 5 years or newer apparently that's only when they will fix the vehicle if it was damaged from them. The vacuum sucked Would barely have any suction to pick up anything . I will never be back to this car wash. read more

Top of the line system, best out there. Track is the way to go, doesn't matter tire size or how low the vehicle is. Staff is great, always super friendly and their monthly pricing with multiple vehicles cannot be beat. Only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is because 1, not being open Sundays which is when most people are out running around on the weekend and 2nd the vacuums are always full with people just hanging out. They need to vacuum and leave or move their car elsewhere to dry off. read more

I can't comment on the staff but I'll comment on the quality of the wash received. I purchased the top tier at $16. I didn't have anything major on my vehicle. A few bugs on my windshield and some dust and water marks from driving over wet roads. No mud, no heavy bug splatters. Nothing that would require a prewash. The car wash didn't really remove the dirt just spread it around and there's still bugs on my windshield. The spot free rinse isn't spot free and your dry time isn't long enough to remove the water. Even with the entrance employee pre spraying the vehicle I feel that was worthless since my vehicle only barely looks cleaner. Overall disappointed for $16. Didn't even bother using the vacuums as it's a new vehicle and didn't need it. read more
