Ho Ping House had the same good servers for years. They were polite, friendly and I always tipped. In the last several months they lost their best waitresses and the service has really suffered. Not re-filling the drinks, disappearing for long stretches of time, getting the orders wrong, surely attitude, etc. I spoke to one of the long-time employees about this recently and they seemed to not care, or not believe me. So, I will no longer be spending my money at Ho Ping House and instead will frequent one of the other 50 or 60 restaurants in the area.
