The classes are easy to follow each instructors gives detailed instructions and options for each movement. After just 1 week of classes I saw and felt the difference in my strength and weight. It is no surprise why HYHY has a 5 star rating! Yesterday was my first day on the free week pass and I was greeted by D'Andre. He made me feel welcomed and first impression of the studio was awesome! What can I say, my first experience with hot yoga blew my mind and I am going to sign up after my free week is over. D'Andre is a great teacher, he was so kind and he genuinely cares about his students. He makes you feel at home and the best part is there are all levels in the class so you don't feel out of place if you are new. I was searching for a good yoga/hot yoga studio on Yelp in Temecula for when my husband and I visit my folks. I came across Hot Yoga Healthy You and saw the first week was free for new members and thought, well, I sadly may not get to use it for a full week, but 2 days is good! Signing up online is easy. They use the MINDBODY app so it's super easy to find and sign up for a class. I went to Heather's power 2 class this morning and enjoyed every minute. Not only did I sweat out every bit of alcohol I drank last night (ha! Didn't have much), but I feel relaxed, energized, and ready to start my day! Heather was very friendly and welcoming as well. We connected as being real estate agents as well as lovers of yoga. I also got a message from the owner at D'Andre last night after I signed up and he welcomed me. I thought that was very nice! The studio is super zen, clean, and tidy. I love the yoga practice room as well. Super wide and mirrors all over. Overall, a very friendly vibe, great class, and a great workout! I look forward to trying another class tomorrow and coming back whenever I'm in town! Thank you to the staff- it was awesome! PS- took a hot fusion class the next day and it was taught by D'Andre. It was absolutely incredible. I used to be a hot yoga fanatic a few years ago, and haven't taken a fusion hot yoga class since before my heart surgery/pacemaker. I was a little nervous about the heat, (fusion is usually the hottest at around 103) but it ended up being ok. Loved the variety of postures in the class as well as the challenge of all the balancing. I also love the music the instructors here play. I'm not really a fan of a lot of really upbeat/pop music played during yoga, but more traditional yoga or meditation music. And this place nails it on music! I will definitely be coming here whenever we are in town- the prices are truly amazing as compared to some of the pricey OC studios I've been to! Very inclusive environment for a beginners with staff that create a great space for learning!

Amazing !!! I was so freaking nervous to do yoga for the first time ever in a studio. I'm so used to trying to do it in front of my tv in the comfort of my home . I'm used to just being at gym but as I have been getting older I have noticed how much more I need to really work on my whole body for balance , flexibility, flow and clear mentality . Candise was very nice, great with instructions and good moving around checking on our movements . LOVE this studio. I attended the class for the re-grand opening and I feel amazing. Immediately after walking in the vibe was right, The lights are nice and dim right in the entry way - super relaxing! Kelsey and d'andre were the instructors for the evening. They were great at creating a "community" feeling and you could tell they were very genuine in their teaching. The class had a perfect balance, it wasn't to lax but also not too strenuous so it was doable and productive to most all levels of yogis. When it was all over and we were all feeling tired and complete - they brought around some cool towels soaked in essential oils to cool us down. Had the be thee most relaxing shavasana ever. By far the the best yoga class I've ever taken was here - Hot Power Fusion with D'Andre! I go to school in LA and practice there a lot, but 100% this studio has even the ones up there beat! The room is spacious and clean, not muggy like some other places. The prices are also very good, they offer discounts on different packages and memberships, especially for students. The class itself was engaging and challenging, but I never found myself getting distracted or wishing it would move faster. I can't wait to come back! read more

The first class I attended was Hot Fusion lead by D'Andre. It was wonderful! I really enjoyed the flow and the positive, encouraging words he spoke throughout the class. I also attended Yoga Sculpt lead by Iejjno. The class wasn't what I expected but it was a great class! It kicked my butt! It was more of a cardio/weight class in a hot room. For about a year I had been doing yoga at home by means of YouTube and Google as instructors. I didn't fancy the idea of doing something that felt so intimate and personal and peaceful in a public space with the energy of a bunch of strangers. But my coworker told me they offered a week free trial so I thought, why not! I'll give it a try. I'm so glad I did. My first class was hot fusion with D'Andre, one of the new owners, and it was an AMAZING experience. I felt challenged yet inspired to meet that challenge at the same time. For an hour, you're completely engaged both mentally and physically and the heat helps you feel like you're sweating everything out and releasing what needs to be released. (It also feels amazing to stretch when your body is warmed up). I left feeling like a brand new person, honestly. This only helped to clarify what I had already begun to believe, and that's that yoga is a life changing practice. I came back after that for two more classes, Vinyasa with D'Andre and Yin with Lisa. Since then I have been telling everyone about his place. Here's why: - The energy: it seems like the instructors have a true respect and appreciation for yoga. You can feel their passion and love and when they work from that place to command the room, your practice actually gets boosted rather than interrupted as I feared it would in a room full of others. - The size: I can't say how other yoga studios are but I love that this one feels on the more intimate side. Classes aren't too big so you have enough space, and seems like a lot of people are regulars who instructors know on a name basis. I like that feel of a more personal community. - The pricing: again, I can't speak on other yoga studios but the prices seem fair. I like that they offer different options for different needs--there's a monthly membership for unlimited visits, which gets more discounted the more months you sign on for; packages for 5, 10, and 20 classes that never expire and again get more discounted the more you buy; or, you can simply purchase single classes for $17 each. - Classes: there are a variety of them and I love that you can read the description online where you sign up. (It'll also tell you who the instructor is). They offer a range of times starting as early as 6:30am and as late as 7:30pm which makes it easy to fit into your schedule. The best part is every class can be taken by beginner and advanced yogis alike! The instructor will simply offer optional modifications for poses, and you have the option of staying where you are or deepening the stretch. So yeah, as you can tell by this monster essay of a review, I think this place is great. If you're reading this because you're wondering, "Should I really do this??" Maybe you're brand new to yoga, or maybe you're like me and you're afraid you won't like doing yoga in a class. I'm here to tell you, YES you should do it.
