Dropped in for a hot power yoga with Meagan this morning. It was one fun sweaty energetic 45 minutes. The single room studio hosts about 20 some odd students this morning. They have 2 gender neutral bathrooms with cubby in the back room. So you walk through the studio to the backroom. Meagan was so friendly and fun!!! It was amazing how much energy she has for a Sunday 7 am. So this is a work-out fellow yogis. Hot sweaty work out. I plan to return to the studio whenever i am back in the area!!!! read more

This is the BEST yoga studio in the valley! My favorite instructors are Jen, Allyson, and Megan. But all the instructors are great! Love the HOT power flow, yoga sculpt with weights, Vinyasa flow, and Hot Hop Hop yoga. This is not your typical yoga. You burn so many calories and drip sweat. I have been coming here over 10 years! The first class I took was Jens Hot Yoga I was hooked. LYR is so encouraging no competition no judgement. No mirrors in studio which I love and a dark room with 3 dimmer lights. You are just concentrating on the flow. Not looking at other yogis cause you are trying to survive You forget what's going on in life, leave it on the yoga island mat at least for a hour ! Thanks to the LYR I am in the best shape of my adult life. While this studio is not what you would typically find when going to a Yoga studio I am completely addicted to the loud music, fun energy and amazing people. There is something for everyone at this studio, from more low key vinyasa flow classes to bootcamp style Yoga sculpt classes I am always challenged and leave encouraged and energized. Cannot recommend enough! read more

The vibe of this place is great and the people were very nice. However, I don't really consider the class that I've been to here as "yoga". I haven't been to any other classes, but the vinyasa flow class this morning was anything but yoga. Being of Indian descent, I can't help but get frustrated when I see western studios calling what was basically a fitness class (with loud EDM music and other non-traditional Indian music) "yoga". The instructor barely focused on the breath and was yelling at the top of her lungs. This is no way Yoga and I feel the need to even request that they don't even call it yoga, as it is insulting to the 5,000 year old tradition of the practice. Like I said, really nice people and I am sure they are "certified yoga instructors" but I highly encourage everyone practice yoga with respect to its lineage. My favorite place to break a sweat! Highly recommend reading class descriptions before signing up (this is not your typical yoga class)

I tried the hot power flow class. As soon as I arrived, the class smelled like a glad plug-in and was jammed packed with people. There was no room to move, and the person in front of me hit me in the face with her foot. I expected a yoga type class and decided to leave because I didn't want to be kicked again. Later I received a very weird text from the owner claiming to be "Jen" Jennifer Andersen. She said she was worried about my safety and then suggested I should have prepared for her class, saying it would have been helpful if I had read the class description. Talk about insult to injury. What a horrible message from a business owner. I asked her not to contact me and she continued to text me. This is not normal and scary she has my personal information. read more

This place was supposed to cancel my subscription months ago but is still charging my card, I already have disputed their charges and got my money back but here again today 6/20/19 they charged my card again for $65. I had my wife get a copy of the cancelation page when she canceled but they still to this day have not Cancelled. The owner never answers her phone and her voicemail is full. This place is a complete scam! Do not give them your credit card information if you plan on canceling. read more

I did not like that they kept the lights on the entire time. I also disliked how the teacher went super fast. It was hard to keep up. It was my first time and I was lost a lot of the time because she did not show the moves, she just told you what to do. read more

I have been going here on and off for 4 years and I absolutely love it. Fantastic workout no matter which class you take and I enjoy all of the instructors. My only caution would be that most of the classes are pretty fast-paced, so if you are totally new to Yoga, I could see how there might be a steep learning curve that wouldn't be enjoyable for some. That said, the instructors do communicate modifications and scales to many of the exercises/poses allowing the individual to tailor the workout to their level and comfort. I tried the one week trial for 20.00. I tried 3 types of classes the sculpt class, hot fusion and a flow class. All 3 of them where very hot 93 degrees I believe. Be prepared to sweat. This is a good thing but sometimes a not so sweaty vinyasa class is needed. I didn't experience that here, still a nice studio. The 3 instructors I had where all very nice and welcoming. The studio itself is clean and nice. I take away stars due to not experiencing a not so hot vinyasa flow class, the ' flow' class I took didn't feel much like a flow class. But mostly b/c of the crowd, I drove 16 miles to this studio from my house at 8 am on a Saturday I got there 10 early to find out the class was already FULL. This was frustrating to say the least, not their fault I didn't complain I just left after waking up early and driving 25 minutes to be turned away was a little disappointing to say the least. Um ... best workout experience of my life ! I have working out for about 15 years I have taken every class in the book from Zumba to RIPPED to Pilates to Hot Yoga I have even personal trained and taught spin myself, I have never enjoyed 60 minuets of workout as much as I do here. These girls have got it down, from the music to the motivation to the genuine understanding they have really fine tuned exercise to a science ! The first week is 20 dollars unlimited and there after the prices are REASONABLE thank goodness :) I had an issue with my health that interfered with my trial week and Jen got back to me right way and solved it ! GREAT SERVICE ! Also I have to say Heathers energy and knowledge of the body is on point ! So glad to be apart of this studio it's awesome! Go go go it's a must ! read more

I have been going to the little yoga room for 2 years now and just love all the classes offered and the instructors. Jen, Heather, Kathy, Chelsea are amazing. They always change up the routine to fun and challenging workouts. Music is on point. Classes offered are hot power flow, hot yoga fusion, no heated vinyasa flow, non heated yoga sculpt. They are always introducing new classes like boot camp yoga, and glow hot yoga that only light is glow sticks or candles. Very relaxing and butt kicking class every time. Highly recommend. I feel more flexible and my back pain is gone since I started at this studio. read more

Been going to this awesome yoga studio for 3 months now. The positive energy that you feel from instructors to the other yogis are so invigorating. The HPF hot power flow can get really challenging but it gets better! I feel myself getting stronger and more agile than before. Never felt so excited to go a class before. Despite the soreness...you feel so much better after each class...you need to experience it to know exactly what I'm talking about. $20 unlimited classes for a trial week...that's how I started and now I'm hooked. And try to get there at least 15mins before class. It can get pretty crowded. read more

Jen is one of those beautiful selfless people that gives her all to help others. She's an incredible yoga instructor and motivates you to keep going strong on and off the mat. Her classes are geared for all levels of yogi's, beginning to advanced... extremely challenging, with alternate options for more and less practiced yogi's. On top of all that, she is super fun and makes you want to come back for more! I can't recommend her studio enough!! read more
