Absolutely love Lux Lagree! The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and make every class challenging in the best way. They have two studios located in Temecula and Wildomar. Both locations are beautiful, clean, and have such welcoming atmosphere. Every workout leaves me feeling stronger, and I always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

I tried this class through their intro promo. If you want a good burn, this workout is for you! This is definitely challenging and not for beginners. It was also pretty fast paced so if you're not familiar with some of the pilates forms, it would be quite difficult to follow. All in all, I enjoyed it! I felt the burn right away and I was sore for several days. I liked how they dim the lights during class so I can just focus on my own form.

I can't rave about Lux Lagree enough! I signed up for the introduction two class special for $39 and I am so glad that I did. Tina and Melissa were exceptional with their expertise and welcoming energy and support. I felt taken care of, special, and also just another member of the class. A great feeling when you are trying a new studio and looking to find some motivation. They have a restroom and a small retail area but overall, the vibe of the location is clean, sleek and straight to business. Thank you both so much for making my experiences so fabulous! I look forward to visiting again soon for another challenge.

I just started at this studio again and it has more instructors and more time slots. Love the challenge of the class. Don't forget to eat something before or prepare to die in these classes

Pilates Co has literally been LIFE CHANGING for me and I really wish I would've started sooner…read more Heads up this is going to be a long review. I did not know what Pilates was. I just thought it's an exercise that Jennifer Aniston does and she's obviously in great shape. So as much as I wanted to try Pilates, there was this intimidation factor that I was too out of shape. I've taken fitness classes before and I just had trouble keeping up. I am glad to report Pilates is the opposite. If you are out of shape or recovering from an injury, reformer Pilates is really a great place to start. I finally decided to just go for it and signed up for their new client special 4 classes for $45 mid October 2025. I've been having sciatica pain since my first pregnancy in 2012 and just have had it ever since. It flares up more during the time of the month. I went to physical therapy in the beginning of Oct 2025 and thought you know what I'm just going to sign up and try Pilates. I am so glad I did. I started going once a week with Julee Flores as my instructor. She is so nice and helpful. Actually everyone at Pilates co is. I didn't know about grip socks so I didn't show up with any my first time but it was ok. So just a heads up, bring grip socks. If you don't, they do sell their own cute ones and they are good quality! It will run you about $20 though. If you are brand new, the instructors always check in and ask if you have any injuries or limitations. They then offer modifications if needed. The instructor walks you through step by step and will come over to help you if you need it or if you ask for help. While you do everything as a class. You're on your own individual reformer so you can still go at your own pace. The instructors will encourage you and they won't ever make you feel bad for taking a break or needing to modify. You do what is best for YOUR body so no pressure to do what your neighbor is doing. There are different levels. If you are newer or beginner, you will want to sign up for their reformer 1. Then there's all levels which would be for when you've done reformer 1 for a while and are familiar with the reformer and cues. There is an athletic reformer, barre and reformer 2 class. Lastly, my favorite class stretch and restore. I love going to stretch and restore atleast once a week to foam roll out my muscles. I just feel so relaxed afterwards. It may not be the same for everyone, I've heard that it can be painful for some. There are three different locations you can go to once you sign up because they are all owned by the same owners who you will see teaching classes and taking classes. It's really cool because both the owners are so nice so it makes sense that their studios are just like them. They have great taste too! The studios are clean and calming with neutral colors and plants. It's really become my favorite place to be. After each class I just feel great. I don't feel so sore that I can't do anything. The classes work out your whole body and I love that you get mini stretches throughout. The instructors teach you mind body connection and after each class I just feel physically, mentally and emotionally better. Then there is Danielle Weatherly who is amazing. I walked into her class and she immediately could tell what I needed help with just by looking at me. She recommended that I take one private one on one so that she could make recommendations based on where I was at that I could make in class. That way I when I came to class I could be more effective. I thought yea that sounds great. I wasn't sure what to expect when I came for my private. She started by assessing my range of motion and then went over different exercises I could do at home that would help me. Danielle went over modifications that I could do during class while I worked on building up my strength to do certain exercises that way I wouldn't accidentally injury myself from not know what I was doing. Yes She even emailed me everything we did with the exercises and everything after our session. I was so impressed and just thought wow that was so helpful and she really didn't have to do all that. I have never felt pressured or felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I have always felt like they were genuinely trying to help me get better and become my best self. I am so appreciative of everyone there. For example there will be times when instructors like Ashley who is just an amazing human will be in a little early because she's taking the class after mine. She knows me and knows that I have sciatica pain. She will just come over even though she's not working and help me! Ashley is great to take if you are a beginner or recovering from an injury. She is so helpful and supportive. Her classes are always booked and hard to get into but totally worth it when you get in. Whenever I'm off work, I try to schedule in advance so that I can get into Danielle and Ashley's classes.

I did classical Pilates in my 30s and absolutely loved it, but when I came back to it later in life, other studios just weren't delivering that same style -- which left me feeling pretty deflated. Stephanie changed all of that. The studio is cozy and intimate with four reformers, and her pricing is genuinely affordable. But what really sets her apart is her knowledge She doesn't just know Pilates, she has a deep understanding of muscles and how the body actually works, and you feel that expertise in every single session. Over a year later, I'm still going strong and so glad I didn't give up on the workout entirely

I had an MRI that showed herniated discs and narrowing recesses on C5-C6/C6-C7. The Osteopath I was seeing started telling me about surgical options. I wanted nothing to do with that. I also didn't trust that this was solely disc-related. I was being treated by a local physical therapist (Dan Mangen), who recommended I connect with Sandee to try Pilates. I met with her and she recommended I start with Egoscue Therapy first, to correct my posture. This approach made sense to me. I agreed that poor posture and bad daily habits had been a factor to my condition. The Egoscue Method is NOT a quick fix and there are no guarantees. It takes dedication, consistency and hard work. Working with a certified specialist ain't cheap either, but I'm SO glad I tried it and grateful for Sandee. When I began with Sandee, I could barely handle the most basic positions or movements. The pain was severe. I noticed slight improvement after several sessions and once I started doing the my "menu" at home with increasing the frequency, I really started to make progress. After the 8 sessions, I still had some pain, but I also had hope again, because I could tell I was improving. I was able to sleep through the night and manage my pain during the day. Next, I started doing pilates with Sandee -- another new thing I'd never tried before. Pilates is no joke. It's humbling and quickly exposes your weaknesses (which is a good thing). Thankfully, Sandee is an awesome instructor who knows how to push your limits without jeopardizing injury. This has been the longest and most challenging period of constant physical pain I've every experienced. It took a over 5 months of working with Sandee, but I finally feel like I have my life back, and I have her to thank. I'm still doing my Egoscue "menu" regularly at home and have continued taking Pilates with Sandee. My flexibility and core strength have greatly improved. So many people have back, neck and shoulder pain. Lots of them end up getting surgery. I'm very thankful I was able to find a non-invasive option and avoid getting my discs fused. Clearly a lot of the back pain out there is a result of physical habits -- poor posture, sitting too much, looking down at our phones, driving, not stretching, etc. And if that's the case, then is makes sense that pain could be reversed by changing those habits and putting into practice the right exercise and movement. While spine adjustments might help in certain cases, lasting relief more likely comes from changing, or offsetting, the habits that caused the pain in the first place. For me, the Egoscue Method and Pilates appear to be doing just that.

I didn't gain excess weight, fit into my clothes up until the last 2 weeks and felt great. Labor was much easier and I was able to have the birth I wanted, which I credit pilates a lot for.
