    Full body Pilates class

This place is so aesthetic, and the front desk lady is so kind. The class was so good; I will definitely be back

My friend and I decided to check out Meltd Studios after hearing they had recently opened, and I was so excited to give it a try. From the moment I walked in, I was already impressed. The studio is absolutely beautiful. The aesthetic is modern and stylish, with mirrors throughout the space and great lighting that makes it feel bright and energetic. It's definitely one of those places that is super Instagram-worthy. One thing I really appreciated was that they provide the mats, which made it easy to just show up and focus on the workout. Now let's talk about the class... WOW. This is a heated Pilates class, and it definitely had me sweating from start to finish. The workout was fast-paced, challenging, and had my muscles shaking in the best way possible. It was one of those classes where you're questioning your life choices during certain exercises, but somehow loving every minute of it at the same time. Our instructor had amazing energy and kept the entire class motivated. She knew exactly how to push us while still making the workout fun and encouraging. The music was also fantastic and really added to the experience. At times it felt like we were doing Pilates right to the beat, which made the class feel even more engaging and high energy. I left feeling completely exhausted, sweaty, and sore, but in the most satisfying way. It was exactly the kind of workout that makes you feel accomplished afterward.

I joined this studio in May & it's the best decision I've ever made. At first I was a bit shy because I'm very new to Pilates, but all of the girls and instructors are so nice and welcoming. I have the unlimited pass which allows one class per day with any instructor. The app makes it so easy to book or change your class reservation too. Now let's talk about the overall aesthetic! The studio itself is so elegant and very girl coded. It's so beautifully designed and I love the minimalist feel. The red light + heat classes are my absolute fav. All of the instructors are seriously amazing, but my favorite are Lucie, Alyssa, and Selena If you've been thinking about joining a studio this is your sign to join Melt'D!

Finally have a place to go to for Pilates that is near my home. I have tried most of the instructors there and I can say most of them are well educated in performing the classes. I have my favorites but over all they're all good. The esthetics of the place are one of my favorites. Love how clean this place is from the front of the door to the restroom. The only downside I can say is the classes are sometimes cut shorter than the time it states and I hope that they continue to improve that part of it so we can get the full amount of time we are paying for. Other than that I love this place and plan to keep going back.

If I had to choose a favorite, it would probably be Lucie because she makes me drown in my sweat.

Pilates Co has literally been LIFE CHANGING for me and I really wish I would've started sooner…read more Heads up this is going to be a long review. I did not know what Pilates was. I just thought it's an exercise that Jennifer Aniston does and she's obviously in great shape. So as much as I wanted to try Pilates, there was this intimidation factor that I was too out of shape. I've taken fitness classes before and I just had trouble keeping up. I am glad to report Pilates is the opposite. If you are out of shape or recovering from an injury, reformer Pilates is really a great place to start. I finally decided to just go for it and signed up for their new client special 4 classes for $45 mid October 2025. I've been having sciatica pain since my first pregnancy in 2012 and just have had it ever since. It flares up more during the time of the month. I went to physical therapy in the beginning of Oct 2025 and thought you know what I'm just going to sign up and try Pilates. I am so glad I did. I started going once a week with Julee Flores as my instructor. She is so nice and helpful. Actually everyone at Pilates co is. I didn't know about grip socks so I didn't show up with any my first time but it was ok. So just a heads up, bring grip socks. If you don't, they do sell their own cute ones and they are good quality! It will run you about $20 though. If you are brand new, the instructors always check in and ask if you have any injuries or limitations. They then offer modifications if needed. The instructor walks you through step by step and will come over to help you if you need it or if you ask for help. While you do everything as a class. You're on your own individual reformer so you can still go at your own pace. The instructors will encourage you and they won't ever make you feel bad for taking a break or needing to modify. You do what is best for YOUR body so no pressure to do what your neighbor is doing. There are different levels. If you are newer or beginner, you will want to sign up for their reformer 1. Then there's all levels which would be for when you've done reformer 1 for a while and are familiar with the reformer and cues. There is an athletic reformer, barre and reformer 2 class. Lastly, my favorite class stretch and restore. I love going to stretch and restore atleast once a week to foam roll out my muscles. I just feel so relaxed afterwards. It may not be the same for everyone, I've heard that it can be painful for some. There are three different locations you can go to once you sign up because they are all owned by the same owners who you will see teaching classes and taking classes. It's really cool because both the owners are so nice so it makes sense that their studios are just like them. They have great taste too! The studios are clean and calming with neutral colors and plants. It's really become my favorite place to be. After each class I just feel great. I don't feel so sore that I can't do anything. The classes work out your whole body and I love that you get mini stretches throughout. The instructors teach you mind body connection and after each class I just feel physically, mentally and emotionally better. Then there is Danielle Weatherly who is amazing. I walked into her class and she immediately could tell what I needed help with just by looking at me. She recommended that I take one private one on one so that she could make recommendations based on where I was at that I could make in class. That way I when I came to class I could be more effective. I thought yea that sounds great. I wasn't sure what to expect when I came for my private. She started by assessing my range of motion and then went over different exercises I could do at home that would help me. Danielle went over modifications that I could do during class while I worked on building up my strength to do certain exercises that way I wouldn't accidentally injury myself from not know what I was doing. Yes She even emailed me everything we did with the exercises and everything after our session. I was so impressed and just thought wow that was so helpful and she really didn't have to do all that. I have never felt pressured or felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I have always felt like they were genuinely trying to help me get better and become my best self. I am so appreciative of everyone there. For example there will be times when instructors like Ashley who is just an amazing human will be in a little early because she's taking the class after mine. She knows me and knows that I have sciatica pain. She will just come over even though she's not working and help me! Ashley is great to take if you are a beginner or recovering from an injury. She is so helpful and supportive. Her classes are always booked and hard to get into but totally worth it when you get in. Whenever I'm off work, I try to schedule in advance so that I can get into Danielle and Ashley's classes.

The instructors are exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Every class is thoughtfully structured and always feels both challenging and rewarding. What I appreciate most is the consistency. Every single class I've taken has been fantastic, and the instructors do a great job offering guidance and adjustments so everyone can get the most out of the workout, regardless of experience level. Booking classes is also incredibly easy and convenient, which makes it simple to stay consistent with my routine. I did classical Pilates in my 30s and absolutely loved it, but when I came back to it later in life, other studios just weren't delivering that same style -- which left me feeling pretty deflated. Stephanie changed all of that. The studio is cozy and intimate with four reformers, and her pricing is genuinely affordable. But what really sets her apart is her knowledge She doesn't just know Pilates, she has a deep understanding of muscles and how the body actually works, and you feel that expertise in every single session. Over a year later, I'm still going strong and so glad I didn't give up on the workout entirely

I am now on their unlimited plan and try to go 4 to 5 times a week. That's how much I love it. I love every instructor I've had, (but I do have my favorites) and they all always grace and modifications, should I need it. As someone who works full-time, has kids in many activities and a very full social calendar I love that I can do this for just me and I feel amazing every time I finish a class. The only negative comment I have is that classes fill up very quickly (I'm not the only one in love!) so it's important to stay on top of scheduling. The positive regarding scheduling is they have 20 to 30 classes a day throughout their Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee locations.
