The whole hotel team was very sympathetic/helpful towards our family needs. I would like to highly recommend this place for any bussiness or vacations stay, good room prices, restaurant food is good and excelent custome service 24/7, rooms are clean and fairly big. Each guest is given a key to the outside door as well as to their room. The room was clean and you can tell it's an older building that has had add-ons and changes so there are some quirky features here and there, but I loved it! Every person who works there went above and beyond to be friendly and nice as well. Breakfast is included and is a continental breakfast with fruit, bread and coffee but a small breakfast menu is available for a full breakfast at a reasonable price. I speak Spanish, but the people at the hotel were bilingual if that is a concern. If you are traveling to Quedo and want to be in the historic downtown close to museums the plaza and everything else going on this is a great choice!

To top it off, the staff sprays a hint of lavender on the pillows at night for a most refreshing sleep! The breakfast was more than expected and much more than one could even eat! A perfect way to start the day. Looking forward to a return trip!
