Beautiful hotel. During the holidays, they decorate the common areas so nicely. The entrance is very elegant. The chandeliers are wonderful and very unique. There's a bar on the right side, along with the entrance to Nobu the sushi restaurant. Lots of seating in the bar area with comfy couches, chairs, stools, and tables! The pillows make the seating extra comfortable. Valet parking in the front is fast and efficient.

We decided to do a staycation to celebrate my wife's birthday. We chose the hotel Crescent Court because of our American Express card. They have all kinds of benefits and made it worthwhile. We checked in late in the afternoon on Saturday and were upgraded to the next category, which was a very nice king size room. Newly renovated apparently and the bathroom was quite nice as well as it was my wife's birthday they did send up some macaroons and candy although they did say when we checked in they were sending up some kind of drink with it but they failed to do that Everyone we encountered in the hotel was extremely nice and helpful. In the morning, we decided to enjoy the pool, which is quite small and only has about 10 chairs by it so there's a lot of jockeying for position. There is a bartender who shows up around noon and stays behind the bar. He can get you food if you want to order . Of course it's quite expensive but you know that because you're at the hotel Crescent Court. When you check in, be sure to ask what all the fees that you will encounter. There is a resort fee that allows you to use the spa services as well as the gym. These were not pointed out to us when we checked in and we did not avail ourselves of these Amenities. Overall, the hotel is nice, but it apparently needs a bit of a makeover. You can tell it's tired in certain places and even though the service is good it's not up to other five star facilities in in Dallas in my opinion.

I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this wonderful hotel. Since the moment we walked in all staff have been very friendly and helpful. Starting with the valet out front who despite being out in the Texas heat, are still able to keep a smile on their faces. Check in was quick and easy. A manger has been on floor everyday we were here. The view from our room was beautiful. I will say the pool could use a little more love and scrub but it was still a nice dip in the evening. We asked on the way out in the morning for new towels and sheet change and within 2 hours on return it was completed and our room tidied. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Outstanding service from every staff member! They are so hospitable, care in making sure you have a fabulous experience! Kay is at the hotel lobby bar, best bartender ever! All three bartenders are wonderful, they make you feel right at home. Breakfast server Zenny makes sure you have a wonderful breakfast, super accommodating. Loves people and what she does to make breakfast a comfortable experience. Our room..., each night stand has a light at the bottom so when you walk towards it it lights up so you can see where you're going . The bathroom mirror has a dimmer in it, the bar is STACKED! Coffee maker is the espresso machine that Clooney advertises. If show you are room, but it isn't made up Near everything, it has been a pleasure! Leave a tip for the housekeeper!! Thank you

My review is for the trendy Beau Nash bar in the Crescent Court lobby. The lounge area is huge - with a bunch of tables and a bar that runs almost the full length of the lobby. A great list of specialty cocktails, tons of Bourbons & whiskeys and an adequate selection of vino. Great service in our Covid world - with plenty of cleaning and a bar staff active in safety measures. Wonderful surprise was the House-Smoked Brisket Quesadillas- these came highly recommended by the bartender and were REALLY good! The made to order Guacamole bowl with chips looked great also. Cool vibe, friendly, attentive service - Great times at Beau Nash!

My game of Pictionary on the way home

The guy in the adjoining room was getting wasted and smoking weed. You could hear him clearly puking and having explosive diarrhea. When we called security he wouldn't answer the door. I'm not sure what happened next, I left promptly after calling security. I never saw anyone being escorted out so I'm unimpressed. This was is January 2023

We were amazed at how much space there is. The back room got pretty tight when we first arrived since there was a group of 12 there already....they had taken over the tall tables in the middle and the couch. We slowly spread out and then their time was up about half way through ours so it wasn't as cramped. But it's still such an awesome set up we couldn't stop talking about it the next day!

Choosing this place for a Texas summer wedding is practically sabotage, and I'll tell you why. Picture this: the bride, groom, officiant, and wedding party forced to stand directly facing the blazing sun at 5pm (all to get the lake in the background). Guests are sitting in direct sunlight, melting, turning the ceremony into an unbearable endurance test. Everyone spends hours getting ready, wearing designer, only to have your blazer turn into a portable sauna, your undershirt is now marinated in your own sweat, and your deodorant taps out like "I wasn't built for this." If you think alcohol will make this better, think again! You can't of catch a buzz because it's so hot that any alcohol consumed immediately escapes through your pores. If you thought you'll just go inside for relief, you'd be wrong again! Expect the interior temperature of the building only marginally cooler than outside, maybe a toasty 90 degrees. Once the doors mercifully open to the building, there's a mad dash to the smallest bathroom in Texas--three tiny stalls and one pathetic sink to service a crowd of sweaty survivors. Mirror? Vanity space? Not here. Prepare to freshen up makeup elbow-to-elbow with strangers, in line, like you're waiting for a ride at Disneyland (minus any of the joy). After exiting the bathroom you'll see the long, hallway-like layout. This narrow layout ensures that anyone seated towards the back misses everything happening on the stage. Guests were left shouting conversations over deafening acoustics and cheap concrete flooring. The cramped table arrangement created constant traffic jams and awkward, uncomfortable pathways just to move around. Outside was equally dreadful. The ceremony area was poorly designed, with an embarrassingly short aisle that robbed the bride of a proper procession. Photography conditions were awful, marred by either glaring sunlight or the shadow of the building (no sunset views). The spider-webbed oak trees added to the unkempt appearance, signaling neglect and lack of care. Parking was another disaster, forcing guests to navigate through a rough, unpaved secondary lot, making an already unpleasant experience even worse. Finally, if you were hoping for some redeeming aesthetic charm, sorry. You'll find none in this ugly orange-brick box inconveniently located far from any decent bars or entertainment. Brides, unless your dress code includes swimsuits and flip-flops, pick literally anywhere else for your summer or early fall wedding. The Filter Building has successfully filtered out comfort, logic, and fun.

I must personally acknowledge Charisma, Jakory, Jenny, Michael, and the ENTIRE Valet Team for taking exceptional care of my guests and me. These new friends have become new family now! One of the reasons I chose Sky Blu is because they do not sell food. This allowed me to hire my own caterer to personalize my birthday menu. The MAIN reason I chose Sky Blu was because of the amazing views of the Dallas Skyline. It simple does not get any better than the rooftop views! The room was excellent. It was the perfect size for the tons of stuff I had to bring with me for the celebration. The greatest benefit was staying at the same place the party was happening at. Did I mention we got a great rate too!!! Other reviews mentioned issues with paying the valet fees. The valet fees are cheaper than NOLA, so it wasn't an issue. As I mentioned, the valet team took really good care of our vehicles and helped with luggage. Tru and Sky Blu Rooftop Bar are now the #1 spot on my go-to list when I'm in DFW.
