This is a horrible place. I planned several spa services and booked access to the pool for myself and my girlfriend several months in advance online from California. I prepaid a total of over $500. I planned this spa day to occur 1 day after my wedding proposal as celebration. I presented the receipt they emailed me at reception and we were denied entry. After 10-15 minutes of confusion the lady at the front of the pool eventually explained that we needed to print out our receipt (this is not a convention anywhere I've ever been and is not called out clearly in any of my email confirmations or receipts). She couldn't help us if wasn't printed. I had to then go waste another 30 minutes with incompetent front desk staff to process a refund after this horrible experience (doing things like like looking up my original credit card I used to pay for this 2 months ago). I have never experienced such horrible customer service in any other context I'm in shock with the level of callus behavior and incompetence from this staff. read more
