This is a quintessential European hotel. There was some kind of issue with the locks not working on the doors of some of the rooms when we checked in, but because of the language barrier I did not understand completely. The rooms were clean and cozy. There was a nice common area and a little bar in the reception area. The dining room was big, and they served a lovely continental breakfast for guests. The dinner served was really good. I appreciated their vegetarian offerings (pasta Puttanesca). I liked how the dinner included foods that were typical of the local cuisine. Unfortunately I think my travel group, along with another group that was there, may have overwhelmed the staff because the service was very slow. I recommend this hotel. read more
