The hotel is close to trains and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Perfect location for exploring Vienna. We got upgraded to the top floors with access to the roof, and the room has a hot tub. The hotel's rooftop terrace however, only for the guests on the top floor called Sweet floor. The hotel was very quiet and the room is very modern and I liked how they made good use of their space. The bed was comfortable. All amenities were good and useful. Wifi worked fast. Their free breakfast is from 7am to 10am and was great. They had varieties of deli meats, coffee, boiled eggs, yogurts, fruits etc. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and welcoming.

If a place say's they have an airport shuttle, they should have one, further, if they charge for it, their web page should say they charge for it, and how much the charge is for that. I spend several hundreds more to stay in a different city, when I travel in that part of the world, where they have hotels right across the street from the airport. In Vienna their are no airports right across the street like several other countries have.

In turn it is not located in the city center, but hop on the U2 subway in the direction of Karlplatz (2,2€ one-way), and you are there fast. The station Messe-Prater is literally next to the motel. You will be living next to the amusement park Wurstelprater, which is quite interesting. The selection of restaurants and bars are not the best in this neighbourhood, which causes the one Star short of the 5. The rooms are quiet, working AC, and the garden and hotel bar are amazing. I didn't return until the next morning to retrieve my luggage and thanked her for the storage. I moved my luggage into the lobby while I was ordering a UBER Ride. However, for some unbeknownst reason[s] she became irrate when I requested to know if a room was available for another night. She stated I was NOT welcome back because the room had a "BAD SMELL." I informed her that I had requested to NOT have ANY ROOM SERVICES for the Five [5] days and should be commended for being a GREEN FRIENDLY CONSUMER, NOT BANNED! I was following their Corporate Policies to be a GREEN FRIENDLY PROPERTY yet I was now being treated like a CRIMINAL. As I awaiting for the UBER Vehicle, 3 men 'SNATCHED" ALL of my Luggages WITHOUT my Permission NOR Consent and physically moved them outside onto the sidewalk UNNATTENDED. ¡ UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCONSCIONABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES BY ISABELLA!!! I advised Isabella I will be REMOVING the Hlowing 5 Star Review and Repkacing it with this 1 Star Review, SHE SIGHED AND LAUGHED! There is a mini-market next door to the hotel where you can get fruit, snacks, beverages, sandwiches, and hot food. Everything you might need for a meal (or other things) for a reasonable price. The hotel room was clean. I thought the carpet needed cleaning but perhaps there is a schedule for that. The single room was adequate for my stay. I like the temperature cold in summer months. It felt cold when I was up and about. Once I got into bed, it seems to go up automatically. Otherwise, breakfast was inviting and the stairs are open and very accessible allowing me to use them frequently. All in all, I enjoyed my quiet stay at this hotel and would stay here again.
