    These guys are doing it right. Exactly what you hope for in a local business…read more I found DC through a Facebook group when I asked for computer repair rec's. Checked out their website, then gave them a call about cleaning up my Mac before my vacation. I put it off to the last minute and wasn't sure they could help. Luckily, they could help me, and the rush fee was $100. I love that fact they picked up the phone and it wasn't some dead doornail employee who could care less about my computer issue. Chris, the owner, actually answered the phone. He said to bring it down. I came in that same day and he told me they would: clean it up, install new OS, remove junk, and speed it up overall. He quoted me end of the week, but it was ready sooner, so happy about because it would be ready for vacation. Total came out to about $430 with the rush fee. It's been about 6 weeks now and my computer is running amazing, so fast! They also have refurbished Macs for sale, which I'll be back for when my current computer stops working. Super 5 Stars for DC Computers! They care about their business and customers. So glad I found them.

Dan and his team immediately put my nerves at ease. I brought in the laptop I use for work, and Dan understood the priority level right away. Not only did they fix the issue faster than expected, but the cost was far lower than I had imagined. As someone who has a small business, seeing their attention to detail was inspiring, it actually makes me want to be a better expert in my own field! They treated me like a local because they are locals and residents who have been serving San Diego for 10 years. If you need a repair or a new computer, go see them. I'll definitely be back!     What horrible service. The best part of the service was your part time freelance worker who was…read moreextremely polite. I had to move things around to get this monday night appointment, and then my service wasnt completed because the tech went into the job knowing very very little about the job. He was surprised that i had a Mac and didnt have the correct tools. Now i have to go into work extra early because i cant get my work done tonight, and then schedule another appointment o take up more of my time, that i dont have. I one new born, my wife needs extra help with dealing with a 2 year old as well, and we are missing out on other classes and appointments because of the poor communication you provide to you customers and techs. I called at 545 and the person who answered said, "I'll get right back to you". 30 minutes later with no communication, i called from 615 all the way to 700 pm your closing time with NO one answering the phone!!! i finally get a call from the Tech saying they heard from the office!?!?!?! they heard from the office? How they arent answering any calls for the past 45 minutes! you shouldnt send you workers out blind, dont tell your customers you will call them right back if your not going to, and keep your appointments or compensate your customers for their time and your mistakes. Update: So after communication with the company, they said they would comp my service. I thought this is great, i'll change my review and update based on the improved dedication to customer service. Then comes the time that someone is actually supposed to do the work. The tech doesnt get the approval from office to the work until I call them. Then the tech doesnt answer my email or text messages, and i'm on the hook AGAIN with a broken screen an no one communication. I block off two days for appoints to get my computer fixed and NOTHING gets done!!! What a horrible waste of my time two days in a row. As a teacher, i NEED my computer to prepare my lessons and even access my lessons. Now im stuck going to into work hours early to prepare for the day.

    Had a appointment for 5 to 8 on a Saturday, 8:15, no technician, no call, sent a note to Amazon…read more(they subcontract through them) and got a excuse that the they were sorry, but the technician "had a flat tire and his phone went dead", so for three hours the technician could not find a phone to contact his office or the client, sounds realistic huh? Then when I talked to them and told them that the excuse was lame, they told me to cancel my appointment because they would not be able to get to me any longer. - POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
