Reached out to the service line for spring start up of our Hot Tub. Service center told us they offered a one time service charge for Spring Start up. Scheduled the service, but it couldn't be completed in one visit. Technician did text and said he would come back. One week past before we called the service center to ask when the technician would be returning. They had nothing scheduled for return. We had to ask for them to finish filling/draining the hot tub. The technician did return and complete the start up but when we got our invoice it was double the cost. We have been trying to communicate with their service supervisor about why our bill is double but he stopped responding to our email. read more

I purchased a heating kit on Saturday, February 21 around 2:00 p.m. I was told I could return it for a full refund. I even called this morning (Monday) to confirm. Before noon, when I tried, I was told I could only get store credit. I don't even own a Hot Springs tub -- and I never will now. They also tried to tell me it was past 48 hours since I purchased it. I as I type this from home, it still isn't at the 48 hour mark. When I called I was asked if I used the kit -- of course I did. No stipulation was made regarding that, I was simply told I could return it for a full refund (no mention that it would be store credit). I will never step foot in that store again. Bad communications cost them a potential customer. read more

Hot Springs delivered a damaged hot tub while damaging my deck. At this time I requested a refund within 24 hours or compensation for the deck damage and the hot tub fully repaired. IT'S BEEN TWO AND A HALF YEARS and I'm still battling for even my hot tub back with the damages repaired... First service manager, Neil Anderson, had me waiting for a year constantly having to check for an update while he contacted the insurance/ legal department. Then switched over to the second service manager, Brandon, who had my hot tub picked up for repair and talk of in store credit for the deck damage finally! At this point I just wanted it picked up and given a refund like I had been trying for since day one! Brandon was having the hot tub repaired while he contacted upper management to work toward a refund or at the very least in store credit. Now onto the third service manager, Ryan Poock, who called me wondering why my hot tub was even there!!!!!!!!! Explained this last week to him and now was declined any help or compensation in any form and the repairs are still not done! I am now waiting for a call back from a lawyer for legal advice. Dishonest company. SCAMMERS. Please be careful and choose ANY other company other than Hot Spring Spas. read more

I have called this business literally 8 times; each time the phone was answered. I inquired about moving a pool table from one home to another 1.5 miles away. I was told each time that the person I needed to talk to was either in a meeting or on a job and that I would get a return call. I actually had a friend call to see if he got the same response; which he did. In all cases, I received no call back. If this business is so busy it does not want the work, do the courtesy of stating so, so that we can look elsewhere. I am regretting even buying my pool table from them. read more

I have now resorted to leaving reviews wherever I can as possibly a means to getting someone from Hot Spring Spas service to keep us in the loop on our hot tub THEY damaged/cracked. We are on I think Day 41 since they damaged it and no one has been here to fix it. So we have been without a hot tub for the entire summer thus far. We have two weeks of company coming up and our son is leaving for college next week. Yet, we can't enjoy our time with friends and family using our hot tub. We keep getting pushed off to another person in the company and eventually everyone stops returning any calls or messages. No one will respond in a timely manner or even let us know what they are discussing or thinking...unless we reach out. But reaching out does no good as no one rarely communicates to us. Upper level employees who seemed to be our saving grace have now stopped communicating and have pushed the issue off on others which seems very unprofessional. The professionalism of this administrative service team is possibly the worst I have ever seen. It is very comical that one person has no idea what the other person is doing or supposed to do in this company. Like today, for instance, a service tech was finally supposed to come to work on our hot tub based on a call we received from yet another new individual we hadn't worked with yet. We don't get a call after several hours had passed and now it is approaching lunch time. We text the guy that scheduled the service call with us the week prior and he says the service tech should be there about now. Ha, no one ever called or showed up. So we're right back where we started again. Funny thing is this is advertised as a family business for 40+ years....seems there are a few things to work on. Another funny thing...we had recently gotten quotes on a few other products from Hot Springs. I can't complain about the sales team...they are good.
