They are refusing a hand delivered cancellation notice by my representative and are demanding it be mailed. This violated California law. Cancellation for Cause (Civ. Code 1812.89): Members can cancel if they move more than 25 miles from the facility or become disabled. California Civil Code 1812.85(b)(1) "...To cancel this agreement, mail, email, or deliver a signed and dated notice that states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be sent via first-class mail, via email from an email address on file with the health studio, or DELIVERED IN PERSON TO (Name of health studio operator) at (Address and email address of health studio operator)." I have sustained a massive injury. I have constant pain and a spinal fluid leak and can no longer do any kind of physical activity. I have been trying to cancel since the end of March. The gym manager demanded I come in person, or mail a letter along with my medical documents as proof in order to receive a refund or to process my cancellation. I have tried informing them over the phone that what they are doing is illegal. I do not have the ability to come in person or go to the post office. They should have accepted the hand delivered letter my father tried to deliver. They don't care. They refuse to process my cancellation continuously. There are multiple accounts of them doing this to other customers online. This can't continue.

The owner (Christina) along with her staff are always happy to help. I was in the military years ago and loved working out in a group. The camaraderie and support are two things that help push me. 24 hr gyms didn't do that for me. I hated to go to the gym. Then I found this place and knew i was where i belonged! In every class the instructor is always watching and making sure your form is good. The staff and members are all amazing and so welcoming. They offer Pilates (reformer, mat, tts, and chair), yoga (vinyasa flow & deep stretch), cycling, Zumba, TRX, tone & strength, and barre. Every class has a sign up list. You can sign up a week before the class. They have a waitlist as well and chances are you will make it to the class. Highly recommend Wicked Pilates!!

I have been practicing at the Yoga Den for 25 years, and it has been such a meaningful part of my life. Over the years, I have grown not only in my yoga practice but also as a person. I showed up today for a class (which i didn't register for) that had ended up being cancelled. Had one other student show up as well and Leeza welcomed us with open arms and we had our own little private music/chanting session which was exactly what I needed! No matter how long I've been away, she ALWAYS welcomes me with open arms and most importantly and open heart! If I listened to every instruction from the teacher this morning, I would've caused more injury to my back. Yes, the teacher said loudly for all to hear: "Emily, look up in this backbend"... at one point.. LOL. (If you live with disc degeneration in your spine, it does not mean you cannot take Yoga classes... It means you have to be extra careful and gentle with your spine, every day/follow physicians orders).. Everyone is different, but I was a competitive gymnast and I've experienced enough injury in my day... Not looking for any more! Listen to your body...and most importantly, listen to your PHYSICIANS, not a yoga teacher who knows nothing of your injury history (I think her name was Alice...). Bikram Yoga is a unique method, I've been to many Bikram classes elsewhere - but this Chino Hills studio never fails to fall into the category of inappropriate.

I didn't expect I will have to buy something so i didn't have credit card on me to buy the and they don't accept zell or Apple Pay. They sold they sent a waver where they mentioned socks. They sent a waver at 8 am, an hour prior the class and who would expect proper to read the waver early in the morning when they are late for the class? This is the business just to buy these socks.
