California Civil Code 1812.85(b)(1) "...To cancel this agreement, mail, email, or deliver a signed and dated notice that states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words of similar effect. The notice shall be sent via first-class mail, via email from an email address on file with the health studio, or DELIVERED IN PERSON TO (Name of health studio operator) at (Address and email address of health studio operator)." I have sustained a massive injury. I have constant pain and a spinal fluid leak and can no longer do any kind of physical activity. I have been trying to cancel since the end of March. The gym manager demanded I come in person, or mail a letter along with my medical documents as proof in order to receive a refund or to process my cancellation. I have tried informing them over the phone that what they are doing is illegal. I do not have the ability to come in person or go to the post office. They should have accepted the hand delivered letter my father tried to deliver. They don't care. They refuse to process my cancellation continuously. There are multiple accounts of them doing this to other customers online. This can't continue.

All in all, I would definitely recommend this gym to any fitness enthusiast- especially those who like to work out at both the late and early morning hours

I felt uncomfortable walking around trying to find someone to help me, and I texted at 6:37 PM that I was there. A trainer eventually approached me and was polite, but the overall experience felt disorganized and uncomfortable. When the manager came out, the focus seemed to be on how I entered and whether I rang the doorbell rather than the fact that I had a confirmed appointment and did not know their process. After I left, I received a phone call that felt more focused on explaining why the situation was my fault than resolving the miscommunication. This gym may be a good fit for others, but based on this experience, it was not the right fit for me.

I've been coming to this location for a while now and have to say that the condition of both of the saunas is pretty disgusting. My husband even jokes that I might catch ringworm. I heard one guy telling someone, "you know how I know they don't clean? This paper towel or wipe has been on the ground here every day this week." Twice now, I've noticed a really foul smell in the infrared sauna and it makes me think something is growing in there. The last time I tried to go in there, I didn't even make it 10 seconds before walking right back out. It's gross. This week, a lady had to point out a nail in the seat so the guy sitting next to her didn't get snagged up. Clearly nobody is going in and doing checks. Why aren't they doing daily cleanings and sanitization in there at the very least? The staff has always been super nice and friendly, in my experience. I've only gone to the smoothie bar once but the staff was great and the drink was amazing! When I'm coming in or leaving or even when I've had to ask questions a couple of times, I'm always met with a pleasant staff member. Just hope they start putting some regular sauna cleaning procedures in place.

I signed up for personal training and nutrition there with Paul and it was the best decision I ever made. He has completely changed my life. Before I met him, I had no control over my eating and for 9 years I was trying everything I could to get back in shape. Home workouts. Kickboxing. Carb Cycling. Virtual Personal Training (due to COVID). Nothing was working. I was starting to give up hope, but I never wanted to accept that this was "the new me." The only thing that ever worked for me was having a personal trainer in person. So in January, I signed up. At the time, I had a different nutrition coach with a third-party, but things clearly weren't working because I continued to gain weight even after I started working out with Paul. In March, I switched my nutrition plan to him and the transformation began. Day 1 was at Disneyland of all places, but I made it happen. The reason why I was able to make it work was because Paul left all the food choices up to me. All he did was help me figure out my protein count, max calories, and max fat and carbs. The rest was up to me! It was very nerve wracking at first and felt like so much work tracking everything I was eating, but overtime it became second nature. I can't even BELIEVE how much I've changed in such little time! I'm currently down 40 pounds and counting! And in case you're wondering, I did this without a single injection. No GLP-1 for me! The culture has shifted away from the diverse, welcoming vibe that reflected Ontario and into a loud, performative, hyper- bro, heavy metal/rock atmosphere. It's not technically "bro only," but if you're not part of that energy, you're effectively invisible. When new ownership came in, they fired the long-time employees who made the gym feel like home, and since then the environment has become uncomfortable and oddly transactional. The vibe now feels performative rather than genuine. The trainers are loud for the sake of being loud, hyped to an almost cracked-out level that feels disingenuous instead of motivating. The favoritism is impossible to miss. I'm here weekly, and Miguel, the owner, has never once acknowledged my existence. No hello. No nod. No eye contact. Meanwhile, he's fist-bumping the men on either side of me like it's a frat boy reunion. Every. Single. Time. As a woman, it's hard not to see the pattern. He'll happily engage with the conventionally attractive women, but if you're just a normal person trying to work out, you're ignored. If you're not ripped, or radiating alpha energy, you're background noise. It's giving used car salesman confidence with a dash of outdated male chauvinism.. A gym should empower people and make them feel welcome, not dismissed or overlooked. The 4 PM class with Autumn definitely caught my attention. I usually work out with my headphones in…read moreand tune everything else out since I'm not in the class, but I forgot my headphones this time, and her energy still came through. The workout itself looked intense and pushed the class to the edge. No one was coasting, and the pace stayed high the entire time. Autumn stayed locked in with her group, motivating and pushing them without letting the energy drop. You could see how much the class fed off her. Her motivation felt real, not forced, and it showed in the effort everyone was giving. Even just watching from the side, it was obvious her energy is unmatched. She's the kind of coach that makes people push harder and stay engaged.

I really appreciated how all the Machines were so clean and in working condition with an abundance of sanitizing wipes to maintain a neat and orderly environment. I stretched in the Group Classes room while it was empty too and appreciated how all the mats, free dumbbells, and other equipment were so organized in a peacefully Zhen arrangement too and full of fun and balanced colors to keep the vibrations inviting and balanced. I always appreciate the Fitness 10 Management for keeping the air circulating so well. The AC Temperature was perfect and the fans were turned on to make working out feel like a Staycation Luxury, and I liked how there was fun and catchy upbeat Music playing as well as TVs keeping us updated with the news too! The bathrooms were very clean, fresh, and thoroughly sanitized as well and I appreciated how the lockers were numbered clearly to help me remember which one I used to put in my purse. Went in got a free class to see how it works and everything. It was a hard exercise but it was…read moremanageable. Everyone was understanding when I needed breaks and no one was pushy. They play music and stuff, as with many classes. I have a bit of hearing loss and had to ask the trainer what they said a few times, but they were very patient with me. Everyone was nice and they effectively demoed the exercises we'd be doing.
