It's been 2 years now since I have consistently been in the gym and I could not be happier with my results. Since joining Reign I have been able to make many connections and am now training in a women's group with Kiara! I'm in my mid 20's and meeting new girls who also love the gym like me is huge motivation to keep going! It's been 2 weeks and girrrrrrl let me tell you I have already seen a change! Johnny at the front desk is always there to greet you with a smile and ask you how your day is going! Overall my experience with Reign has been amazing and I highly recommend checking it out!

Long story short the gym was to far for me and had to cancel next day , I call them they said no worries we will reimburse you're money in 2 weeks and now I see they charge me two times 92 dlls in the same month. I called them to see why are them still charging me after I cancel the very next day and they said that's what the policy's says that I still have to pay them even though I canceled within 24 hrs. The Fitness Director, Andrew, was not transparent and gave conflicting information. I have written proof showing I requested to stop training, yet charges were still pursued. When I questioned it, I was told the trainer had already been paid for my sessions--but when I spoke directly to the trainer, he denied this. I've trained at other UFC gyms and purchased sessions elsewhere without ever experiencing anything like this. This situation felt misleading and unprofessional. Be cautious, review all agreements carefully, and keep records of your communications. Besides all that , this Gum is dirty !
