I have been a student of Leeza's since 2017 (mind you very sporadically because of my FT work schedule) when I embarked on a Yoga Teacher training for my own health journey. I had toured a couple schools (closer to home and "less expensive"), but Leeza's knowledge, wisdom, experience, energy and overall love for ancient yoga practices is like nothing else I found near me. I told her I didn't want to teach when I signed up....of course she said "that's not how it works"....and almost 10 years later I finally embrace what she meant. I now love sharing practices that have helped me heal (completely halt/in remission) a Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis. Not only does she offer yoga classes, but music/voice lessons, meditation, breathwork, cleanse retreats (WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!), awesome workshops, and all kinds of fun events that all help a soul heal, renew, revive and THRIVE! I showed up today for a class (which i didn't register for) that had ended up being cancelled. Had one other student show up as well and Leeza welcomed us with open arms and we had our own little private music/chanting session which was exactly what I needed! No matter how long I've been away, she ALWAYS welcomes me with open arms and most importantly and open heart! My son and I didn't have a good experience in our meditation class. Perhaps we just don't understand the concept of meditation? We felt talked down to and we were embarrassed for the 2 other patrons who were talked down to also. We really wanted to love this place. It's a shame we didn't. I know the instructor has many years of experience and the whole time I was trying to have an open mind. I really appreciate places like these being in business, I just wish there were more of them to choose from. I did end up putting a tip in the tip jar because I'm a hairdresser and that's what we do. I know how hard it is to run a business. I wish this place lots of love and understanding in the future. read more

Out of town for a mini vacation to visit family and found Yogaden which was conveniently 5 minutes away from where we were staying. Immediately greeted and was taken care of. The all level "hot" class was amazing! As intense as I wanted and wad a solid 75 minutes. I loved the variety that the other yoga class offered so it did not feel repetitive and gave my body just what it needed and asked for. I felt incredible after both classes! I used Momentum to buy their drop in class for $20. Make sure you do that before you go and not when you're there your first time. We ended up not using the "gift" I gave my husband to take the class with me, so paid an additional cost. At least we can use it for another time when we are in town. They have a cute little shop as you enter and a beautiful giant Buddha facing the door. The Buddha is facing North East-ish which is the correct Feng shui to bring forth good energy. Yogaden was definitely a den of good vibes and welcoming energy. read more

Was looking for a place in the IE to do hot yoga on a Saturday morning and came across this gem! Signed up the night before online which was extremely user friendly. I haven't done hot yoga in years and any type of yoga in quite awhile so I was nervous about hoping into hot yoga at a new place but I'm so glad I just went for it. They have tons of different classes and schedules. The instructor was amazing for my Saturday morning hot yoga class. Everyone was very friendly and helpful when I arrived and the studio was top notch, very clean, peaceful and calming. There were some experienced yogi's but I didn't feel out of place at all, the instructor gave great guidance and examples the whole time and the music was the best!! This safe space is one of my favorite places to visit. I love it here! I have tried various classes including gentle yoga, AIR yoga, hot yoga, and more. Even recently attended a guided mediation and breath work class with the den mother and owner, Leeza which was a wonderful, unique experience. Two years ago I found the Yogaden because I was looking for fitness; something I could do that wasn't the gym. I brought a 10 pack of yogaden classes, used them within two weeks and found so much more than fitness. The front desk customer service of this studio leaves a lot to be desired. I came in for a trial class with the intention of buying a year's membership. The yin yoga class that I tried out was great and the instructor was fine. However, I was met with such a poor attitude by front desk staff when I came in. Her tone of voice was condescending and it seemed like she only wanted my money. I am a chubby person who enjoys yoga for the purpose of meditation and relaxation. Clearly, this studio only welcomes clients with a certain physique. This defeats the inclusive and loving philosophy behind yoga. I will never support such a shame based studio. read more

First I will start with the fact that I purchased a Groupon and when I called to redeem it the woman who answered the phone told me they do not work with Groupon and haven't in a year. They would not honor it and I would need to contact them for a refund. I was surprised considering I just purchased it and they even had a special. Well ok, the women then proceeded to tell me in the most snobby rudest way that I could buy the same deal directly through them but that I don't really want laser lipo because it won't work and will be for nothing if I eat sugar...well ok...shes continues to tell me what I really want and goes on about all this extra stuff. Really I'm having a hard time listening because I was upset from the beginning that she didn't seem to care I already paid Groupon and was going to have to get my money back. She told me she knows she takes these calls all day long..like really so your business just let's people purchase items and you don't care the trouble they need to go through after the fact...well ok again I guess. I asked her how much does everything she said I need cost, she still talking to me like I'm stupid and completely disrespectful told me like 800 plus dollars. Now I don't know much about the cost of this stuff and maybe it's a good deal but whoa I only spent 87 now were talking 800 plus. She then mentioned that it's a pandemic you Know? I responded whats a pandemic? Meaning what does that have to do with Anything? She responded you don't know what a pandemic Is? Confused I said well I work in a hospital I know what it is but what does that have to do with this conversation? She hung up on me and when I called back she wouldn't answer the phone. I'm supposed to hand over a place like this 800 plus dollars when they can't even talk to people the right way or correctly remove themselves from Groupon. Ya I'd rather donate them 800 dollars for a decent receptionist. I don't even need to step in the door to tell you this place is trash. read more

After reading all the reviews I was excited to come here, but the handful of reviews complaining of bad customer service are not wrong. Being my first visit and thinking it would take a little bit of time to fill out paperwork, etc I attempted to go in a little early, but the doors were locked. So I called to see if there was a different entrance. The person who answered came off as a patronizing, catty high school girl. I won't give the whole spiel, but the conversation started with, "Well, the doors are locked because we're not open..." I was instantly annoyed at her tone and debated leaving. 2 weeks of unlimited yoga and meditation was really pulling at me though, so I waited until I saw the doors open and then went inside. Inside it was nice, but I stood waiting at the front desk, while two ladies talked in the Yoga room. I know one saw me, but no one bothered to come out and talk to me. After 5 minutes, I turned around and walked out. I'm glad I didn't waste my money coming here as I was already feeling bad vibes and will be finding somewhere else to go. Honestly, customer service is not hard. Be kind, be friendly, be courteous. Do not be patronizing or rude. That would go a long way. read more

I LOVE this place! :) I've been to a few yoga places, and I prefer Yoga Den especially because of Leeza. I've taken her Level 1-2 class, and she is awesome! Her instruction style is fun, engaging, and challenging. The music she picks is ecclectic: Gotan Project, Jack Johnson, and some sexy sitar music. Wait until you hear the "boom boom" song she uses for her abs part! She is also the owner of this cute place. The studio room is spacey, dark, and lit with candles. The students seem like they know each other well, but they are not clique-y or unwelcoming. I've taken classes from two other instructors who were great as well. The style of hatha yoga practiced at the Yoga Den is Bhakti yoga. It is a very graceful and fluid style of vinyasa. However, it's not just graceful, it's challenging and empowering. Also, there is a lot of love and a strong sense of community at the Yoga Den. The teachers that I have had at this studio are all very good at what they do. They correct your posture and offer alternative poses. It is a pleasure to do yoga there. The Yoga Den also does children's classes at 4pm on Mondays. I take my 7 yr. old granddaughter there for yoga. She loves the place and has lots of fun! She has gotten so much stronger and more graceful in part due to the yoga class. I have visited the Yoga Den off and on since 2012 but in the last 4 months, I been taking classes 2-3 times per week (trying to fully commit to the practice). I underestimated the benefits of consistency and have found myself getting stronger and stronger each week and more motivated to practice what I've learned at home. The studio is very serene and full natural light. Each instructor has his/her own personality and style of teaching which I really like, but Verna, Monica and Lisa are my favorites. I tried the 2 week trial for a great price. The facility is very nice and clean. They have a cute shop with some product, a place to put your belongings, and the yoga studio itself is very nice. My daughter and I did the gentle yoga with 2 different instructors and both were great. I would recommend this place to anyone, and if your a beginner looking to try a relaxing class with easy flowing movements, try the gentle yoga. read more

Text to me from my husband: Just got done signing up for another year. Per Mind Body, I have been to 694 classes which is 1,800 hours since I started in 2011. 1,800 of the best hours of my life. He loves the Yoga Den!! They say a happy wife is a happy life only because that rhymes. A happy partner does make a happy life. He works in a number's crunching demanding, stressful world - constantly analyzing information (even on the weekends and during our vacation, clients are calling him) so its crucial for his mind's sake to schedule a break from it. I'm so grateful that his search for yoga turned into finding Yoga den. It has truly been a life blessing. I've known Leeza since I moved here in 2008 but finally got my yoga 200 hr through her last year. I'm a triathlete and love yoga for stretching and alternate strength program. I also use their Chollera/Spirilina mix and since using it my iron count has gone up big time !! read more

I love the Yoga Den. I love coming in and being greeted by all of the fantastic staff and instructors. Everyone here has such a beautiful and caring aura about them, coming here is like being welcomed by your family. I always leave feeling enlightened, rejuvenated, and at peace. My only wish is that they had one more Prenatal class, one a week does not seem like enough. A Prenatal class on Monday or Tuesday would be great. Do not go here. First off they never answer their phones. I bought 8 sessions of ultrasonic fat calvataion through Groupon. The person that did the service only spent 15 min and she used 2 sessions. When I called to ask why this was charged that way the girl upfront was so rude and was talking at me like it was my fault. She then told me she will have the office manager call me. Never happened. I came in today because I had an appointment at 9am. The girl didn't show up til 9:10. I asked her how come I didn't get a call from the office manager and she lied to me and said she did call you that she was right there when she called me, Then proceeded to tell me that she refunded me and cancelled my appointment. Come to find out it was Leeza who was late today. She is the owner. She told me she was not the office manager Wow I thought she was just the receptionist. When I called the first time to ask about my session it was leeza that answered the phone and told me an office manager would call me back. You are the owner why would you have the office manager call when you could of helped that day. Then leeza tells me my appt was cancelled Well if that really happened why would I drive all the way here for her to tell me I've been cancelled. I even got a email that I had an appointment today.
