I've been in a lot of Planet Fitness locations and I don't think any three locations combined have ever had as many broken machines as this one location. Fixtures in the restrooms are broken. The shower curtains are one size too small. It is clean!!! When I mentioned the problems at the front desk, they looked hurt. I don't believe it's an employee problem. I felt bad. Hey, PF! It's a nice looking spacious club (2 stories high) and bigger than it looks on the outside. The 1st floor had weights (machines and free weights. They also have a sauna in the women's locker room and an aqua jet massage room. The daycare is also on the 1st floor and the highest monthly plan includes childcare for 2 hours (18+months and older). The 2nd floor has cardio machines, and a room for women specifically, which was pretty cool. There were separate classrooms for yoga/Zumba, cycling, HIIT classes with rowing and stair machines, and a class for boxing with equipment. All in all it's a pretty good value for the prices. $10/mo per person for just access to the gym $44/mo per person for the highest level with classes and childcare But if you have insurance, you might be able to enroll into their Active and Fit or Silver Sneakers plan and it drops it to $25/mo per person. They're open M-Thu 5am-midnight, Friday 5am-10pm, Sat 8am-7pm, Sun 9am-7pm I'm hoping to get them to host another free trial with childcare for moms in the morning time to try them out next quarter...stay tuned!

I remember when this MFT Iron Works Gym location was a gas station and the gate next to it was open. The staff is passionate and will ensure everyone in their facility stays safe. You can schedule to bring your unit for instructor lead pt. Exercise instructions take about 15 minutes and actual exercise time takes about 45 minutes. This is a great place to learn different circuit like exercises for the ACFT. I remember when this location was a gas station and the gate next to it was open. Wow, that was a while ago. Now days, this location holds MEF (Mission Essential Fitness) Ironworks Gym. Ironworks Gym staff is fit and passionate. PT sessions need to be scheduled ahead of time. They can hold up to 2 units (I am guessing depending on the size) Circuit Exercise Briefing for 15 different exercises takes about 15 minutes so the organized pt sessions last approximately 45 minutes and you do the circuit 3 times. I am sure their organized pt sessions are not always the same but as of Jan 2020 thats the day way it has be ran. Soldiers get a good workout specially a good workout prep for the ACFT. They got plenty of staff around to ensure soldiers conduct the circuit training in a safe environment.
